Click on your portrait ingame, go to killrights. Any active ones will show.

Yes, I realize that. You shot at someone in Jita and got concorded. That's one for sure. You also podded someone in low sec, if he didn't shoot first or wasn't already suspect, then you have two against you. The folks that shot your Stratios may have activated one, look at the kill mail in game it will be noted in red above the people who shot you on the left hand side.

The one thing this doesn't mention is as long as you select them while on grid and don't select anything else you can activate it at anytime until they initiate a session change (dock or leave system) regardless of whether or not they remain on the same grid as you.

I am always confused by this needing to be on grid stuff. It doesn't make sense. |

That is true. Now I think of it a bit more it actually does make sense you need to be on grid.
