Yes, CCP are now using Eventbrite to manage ticket sales.
Makes sense, really. Outsource the management of that kind of thing to another party, for whom it's a core competency, rather than something they threw together themselves.

CCP is singular. It is ONE corporation. CCP "are" using is incorrect usage. The people at CCP "are" - is correct.

Also, down WITH random words WRITTEN in all capital letters and "using" double quotation marks inappropriately.

I can give you some details about this past year if you would like... which reminds me i need to send feedback to the fan fest team, wife was a tad miffed. but meh.
SOE ticket gives your wife/so/friend/whatever a tour on Friday, they did the peninsula near the air port this year. You do not get Thursday access. You do however get all day Saturday access and access to the party at the top of the world.
What other info would you like?

Double quotation marks don't exist, unless you're from England or some similar backward land. We call these --- >' apostrophes in civilized nations. " <---- these we call quotation marks.

If there was one for corporations - a "bevy" of CCPs...no, then it would be a bevy of "corporations." There's still only one CCP. There are many corporations. There's only one Big Bird, but there's lots and lots of birds. So no. Collective noun is no excuse for this habitual misuse which has only recently begun, I might add. There are some of us who see this as a plague that's suddenly descended upon us from who knows where? That's why we notice it so readily.
I think it's English teachers (the group) too lazy or undisciplined who find it easier than to hammer home to the poor student what the differences are in subject/verb agreement. Then again, and this should give folks cause for pause, it may be these English teachers became certified despite having a flimsy handle on their own language. That wouldn't surprise me a bit.
