Past month or so I been FC'ing various fleets to introduce the new bros and rookies to various aspects of the game along the lines of pvp, mining, and mission running. For the most part these fleets pay for themselves, but some of the people I work with are moving on from E-UNI soon. I would like to have a shared wallet to where we can continue to work together despite being in different alliances and such. Please make it possible to have group wallets outside of alliances/corporations. |

You're just not thinking evilly enough. Something like this would be very useful for moving ISK around outside the purview of an API check from a suspicious Corp or Alliance director, depending on whose API the wallet is stored (if any) and how the transactions show up.
Also useful for keeping a slush fund out of view but still readily accessible, for similar reasons. |

When you have been around for long time you start to want things not on the menu.
Being able to share wallets with others outside your corp, alliance is one. Being able to have shared Hangers is there as well.
Its a sandbox, and I want to be able to put sand down peoples wellies without having them pointing at me |

At a point you make friends who all end up in different alliances and corporations, but you still want to come together for projects, fleets, and events that transcend corporation/alliance allegiance out of friendship or for love particular aspect of the game.
I think sharing a wallet(hangars) between alts is laziness, but it could be used that way.
I understand there were some particular concerns about keeping track of the ISK, but I am sure CCP has the technology to track it all.
If a spy does not want to get caught, you are not going to catch him anyway. I understand CCP is busy doing bigger and grander things, but small things go along way I think the benefit players will get from cooperation that will be gain will far exceed the negatives. |

Going along with the idea of smaller groups that are more permanent than a fleet but less so than a corp, a friend of mine had a good idea. Create a way for a group of friends ( a circle) to share bms, mail and channel chat with each other. Its a great social feature and it allows friends who are out of corp to stay connected and easily accessible. Also when doing things like scanning or missioning it can let friends warp to the site after you've logged off or after they've joined your fleet. |

Make it a set of skills to use, and give people access along the lines of the corporation wallet system, and tax transfers by 2nd parties into and out of this shared wallet, and make the wallets accessibility tied to the character using it's subscription status.
Ex.
Accounting x1 Allows creation of 1 additional tab in your wallet per level
Fiduciary conduct x4 Allows sharing of the designated tab in your wallet with 3 additional characters per level.
Fiduciary processing x6 Allows sharing of the designated tab in your wallet with 10 additional characters per level
etc.

What is the point of shared wallet ouside of corp/alli? You would like to accumulate some funds there or spread it out among whoever has access to? If evereyone got access fhen high chances that one day one individual will take all the iskies away. Or if that's a limited access than what's the point of having it since noone can take anything except wallet owner.

I personally open to anything that makes my life with my Alts easier.
Seeing as CCP likes to market multiple characters as well as multiple accounts, I would figure they would work on features that made some of the day-to-day hassles easier. I have made comments in other places for this, so I won't go into details.
But, on the API side, as most corps/alliances check your funds, shared wallets (etc) should be listed.
Who would take a guy who has a shared wallet with that super evil cloaky camper.

For what I am doing its not a big deal because there will not be that much money in it.
E-UNI has a skillbook wallet that is open to anybody with the Freshman title or highter. I never seen it have more than 35 million ISK. I have never seen anyone steal all the money from the skillbooks wallet or commit a hangar theft, there is usually not enough there for it to be worth it. |

I would ask you then if it's not that big why do you still need that? You could reward each participants after the events took place. Or made it prior that. Make an one man alt corp and manage it without hedace. |
