This is an update of movements made by the Drifter faction's Tyrannos capsuleers. It also serves as a serious warning to any and all pilots with intentions to pilot their vessels through known-space in the near future.
I have observed Drifter Battleships outside of star systems with Unidentified Wormholes and/or destroyed Jove Observatories. As shown in this image of my overview taken today at exactly 1400 hours; four Drifter Battleships in Amarr.
What this means for all pilots, is roaming Drifter Battleships, which may or may not show hostility to capsuleers or other neutral vessels.
There is no other reason for Drifters to be outside of systems with Jove Observatories.
We know they were retrieving Antikythera Elements from the destroyed Observatories, and then we also know that they were taking dead capsuleer clones and other biomass.
Drifters are responding to capsuleer threats (such as myself) by increasing their fielded numbers. Capsuleers with negative standings towards the Drifter faction are already at increased risk, as Drifters may potentially hunt you.
It should be also said that, while we do not currently have data to support it, we absolutely cannot rule out the possibility of planetary abduction by Circadian Seekers or Drifters. I'd strongly suggest that the empires take preemptive action on this. Whether Drifters are primarily hunting capsuleers or not, it is imperative to protect the major colonies from attack.
From all accounts, the conclusions we can draw from Drifter activities are becoming a rather grim reality.
Though this was just one encounter, I believe that this behaviour has only very recently being adopted by the Vigilant Tyrannos capsuleers. When I find more evidence of this behaviour, I'll certainly be updating.
This my warning. The Drifter faction's actions are becoming increasingly more hostile. Expect the worst.

There's more than one Apollo Tyrannos? That's interesting, and potentially troubling. Despite seemingly being treated as capsuleers by the CONCORD database including the generation of kill reports, they may not be operating as conventional capsuleers if there's more than one of each. |

I'd blame the CONCORD databases for not providing proper designations for each individual capsuleer. However, the names may be formatted in a similar way to that of Sansha's Nation incursion vessels.
Artemis and Apollo seem to be generic ways of grouping the Female and Male Drifter capsuleers. Tyrannos being the corporation name.
Of course, it's up to debate. But each operates independently of the other, which is the main detail here.

We don't know they are individual capsuleers though. There could just be the two individuals who have had multiple copies made of themselves rather than just the standard replacement on death.
It's more a philosophical matter of how long it takes for an exact copy to become a different person from the original.
Still, if they are duplicating a limited number of individuals, rather than having more individuals, that's interesting, and concerning. |

Unless of course, they have a hive-mind connection so each Apollo or Artemis sees, hears, feels and knows what every other Apollo or Artemis does.
Why am I suddenly reminded of the events of five years ago when the Sansha incursions first started?
Probably because just like then, the Empire, Federation, State, Republic and CONCORD are doing little and saying less.

And something further...
An independent news source is now reporting that CONCORD has been firing on at least one capsuleer ship In Yulai that was engaged with the Drifters.
So on the one hand we have the DED helping capsuleers retrieve a Drifter, but CONCORD firing on ships that were part of the OP?
As usual, what is not being said speaks louder than what is being said.
Stay safe, and may God be with you all.

Maybe they are looking for capsuleers who have these Antikythera elements in posession?
