OMG!!
So I was out mining, gathering mats for manufacturing, when all of a sudden two of those drifter BS appeared and started circling me like a pair of sharks.
They kept 'scanning', for lack of a better term, both my ships and my drones, shining their blue spot-light thingy.
Pretty creepy stuff. Still, I gotta admit those female drifters are kinda hot in a weird, Borg we-want-to-assimilate-you way. Must be the fantastic butts they have |

That's nothing. Try shooting them. You'll wake-up finding you've been "probed" too. |

I enjoy the drifter encounters (as of current). They are eerie and interesting :) |

I wonder if I'd be able to ask one of those cute female Drifters out on a date...
Take her to a nice dinner at the local Sarum Station's Supper Beyond The Stars Amarr Cuisine, followed by watching a romantic holovid together. Then we could do each other's makeup, pick out some sexy clothes and go to the nightclub Khanid's Sins for a fun evening of drinking and dancing. Finally, we could watch the nebulae through the windows at the station's public park while talking about the latest cybernetic augmentations before I walk her home to her Drifter BS docked in-station.
Ahhhh...it would be such a wonderful evening. I think me and a Drifter female would make a cute lesbian cyborg couple |

I frequently see drifters in Amarr, hanging around the most populated station. They hang around for a long time, probing and generally making everyone a little edgy. It's awesome, and I'm eager to know what they're up to :D
"Wow, that internet argument completely changed my fundamental belief system," said no one, ever.

Well we'd stare out the window watching the nebulae. I'm pretty sure the station has windows for people who want to look out into space.
Sorry, not trying to flame you or insult you or anything, just clarifying what I meant |

Anyone know what those where blue lights they scan everything with are? Some kind of probe or sensor or intel gathering device or something?
They scan/probe/shine everything!! Asteroids, ships, drones. Hell, they were even probing the rats I was blowing up while mining as they were getting popped. The Drifters must be super curious about everything around them. |

Some stations have pretty big parks under their domes, which you can see if you zoom in on them. As do the Opux & Victorieux Luxury Yachts |

....Actually a bit concerned for you, OP....
I need to check out Hello Kitty Island Adventure. It must be a good game as people in EvE tell me all the time that I should be playing it.

Thats them using the now reverse engineered Entosis link. if you fit one and scan them with it, they will open a trade window and offer to buy corpses from you paying you in antikythera Element.

I had ideas for how to make that happen, but was convinced they were in violation of the rules regarding to the use of legacy capital ships in highsec :(
Pity, I was hoping to see a Drifter smartbomb the Jita undock.
Shoot everyone. Let the Saviour sort it out.

Drifters/Seekers probably shut down the Eve gate and now they are back 20,000 years later to harvest their cattle that they cut off from their home. |

They seem more like a really super OPed "Curious George" type retards to me, maybe like if someone gave Caboose from RvB (no pun intended) a battleship and let him loose in Eve, this is what we would get. Normally tame and docile, they even seem playful, but **** them off and it's the last thing you'll likely see before the end.
I keep waiting to see a rat accidentally shot one just to see the magic happen of one a.i. turn on another (really hoping that one day we'll see a.i. vs. a.i. fights break out). That, and I've sat outside stations just to see players do the same thing.
"Tomahawks?"
"----in' A, right?"
"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."
"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."
