First i wanna start by telling u guys exactly what happened.
I was chaseing the macro hauler with the name of "Duel520" he was in an Iteron V,when he jumped in the sistem i droped the bubble(i was in a flycatcher).As soon as he saw the bubble he logged off .OK my bad luck i was not able to scram him in time and he just warped off.After a few hours he logged back in i was waiting for him at the gate where he logged , When his ship warped back in it was 100 km from the gate...i continued to chase him and after 2 more sistem jumps i got in front of him and droped another bubble ...he logged again ..this time i was near him ,i got 6 points of scram on him .Started firing at his ship, managed to kill his shields and THEN he just disapeared...NOT warping off just disapeared. I have tested the log off with my corp mates and a ship never disapeares when it is scramed and shoot at.
After a few more min. he logged back in and warped off to the empire gate smiling on the Local channel.
I had made a pettion, and i will let u guys know what the response will be ..if i will get any.
My question is... Do u guys think that CCP will do something about this? I mean, is bad enough that they sell ISK for $$$, and CCP does nothing about it ...and now we cant even get them because they'r using Hacks.
Im my opinion this pilot acc should be BANED as soon as posible.

Warp core stabs? Cloak? did he log?

if you think he was cheating / haxing, please file a petition (exploit) and the GM's will deal with it.

Iteron V have 5 low slots ..i got 6 points of scram on him ..and his ship didnt warped off ,he just disapeared.And because i had shoot on him after he loged off he dint got agro, so i cant even see him on scan to prob for it.
