Can you please make the Giant Secure Containers at least 10k m3.
And add a cooldown to planting one for like 10 hours to avoid mass can trash.
Reasons;
1. So that people wont put up 20 million cans in a roid field bc there so small inside
2. All this trash i see like "Megan was here" , its getting out of hand, cans all over the place like who really cares what it saize on there
3. It will boost the market if these cans are a bit bigger
thank you

I would like to see:
30% is what current can's give for bonus storage.
10K can that holds 30% more 20K can that holds 30% more 30K can that holds 30% more

The root of all Secue Can Evil is not its volume, rather it is that theyre ouuuutside 0.0 invincible (in Lowsec not really, but whos taking the time and sec hit to shoot down this bog bad HP?).
To your reasons: 1. No they would put even more, because theyre now way better than before so now people who whould otherwise be to lazy are now convinced for the safety they bring.
2. Ive never seen GSC used for this purpose, only small ones so your proposal wouldnt change anything.
3. Agreed. But it would be even better for the market if there were a way to hack and take them.
Well the overall conclusion would be that we wont get rid of the Secure Can problem outside of 0.0 without a way to un-anchor them so that they can be stolen. Im still hoping that one day hacking can be sed that way.

One idea would be, that concord moves around and marks the containers. If you did not visit the container for a period of time (say a week), concord blow it up or they maybe take it and impound it.

I would love to see cans disappear if they have not been visited in the previous 14 days. I know there are at least 50 cans out there that have my face plastered on them, and there isn't a chance that I will go out and search them all down, I just don't care anymore.
perhaps just have the can un-anchor 2 weeks after last visit, and let the scavengers sort it out
A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice. |

One of the reasons theres craploads of secure cans anchored is their small volume (people have to spam dozens of them per belt to hold needed amount of stuff).
Upping the volume would reduce the problem IF they deal with abandoned cans first.
I find it kinda odd (and bit funny too) that devs are willing to throw in new hardware to fight the lag, but they dont bother to reduce it with other means (getting rid of unneeded stuff (abandoned secure cans for example))

I'd love to see larger cans. I may even start using them then.
What I would like to see is cans blowing up if they are not used for a full 30 days.
