Hi, just reupped my account not too long ago and found that they have added the ability to resculpt one's character. How many times can I do this before I have to pay PLEX for it? I've read that you get one free resculpt after the initial one but I haven't been able to confirm this, nor do I know where to look to see if I have one available.
Thanks! |

To change how your character physically looks, like when you first began the game will require a resculpture certificate now. You can buy it in the NEX or on the market.
Otherwise you can change your clothes and pose as often as you like!

Resculpt allows you to chance the bone structure of your face and can be done as often as you are willing to pay for it.
You cannot change your name, school, bloodline or sex .
You can change your clothes, tattoos, hair ,pose and facial expression as often as you like free.

Something I've pointed out before and CCP have never changed ...
If you do decide to do a full body resculpt there are two ways to pay for it:
1.) You can buy 1 PLEX (currently -ú16.99 in the UK) OR 2.) You can buy 1,950 aurum (currently -ú8.00 in the UK) use 1,000 aurum for your body resculpt and have 950 left over for some new clothes or a ship skin.
Somewhere in the depths of CCPs marketing department there may be some logic for this, but it is hidden from mere mortals. Also, if you do go for the full resculpt, spend a good long time on the character creation screen. Move the mouse cursor everywhere and watch as it changes. There are many elements of body shape that you can change, and if you miss them it's too late when you click finalise.

i bought one from market for a few hundred mil i think, i ordered a breast reduction and done some squats to make my bum a little more petit, however you cannot really do much with the eyes unfortunately, this must be related to race or something i dunno but i was disappointed with it

Shifting the brow position around a little helps too, I've found this helpful or making some Achur look a little less oriental.
You can also move the eyes further apart or closer together, which can be useful when trying to represent the age of a character in their features.
Not much beyond that with eyes. Each race does have limits on the degree of feature-resculpt too, like a base parameter that you can't go beyond.

EDIT: Re. your original question, I am sure you are correct that it is one free resculpt for returning characters. Howver, like you, I can't seem to find that in black & white anywhere.
Is there a way I can check my account to see if I have one available? |

If you enter the customization thing, a pop-up will come up stating that your character is flagged for a resculpt, and the pop-up will offer you a Yes / No option on whether you want to enable that. If you choose 'No' you'll enter the customization as normal, changing things like hair, hair color, clothes, and similar. If you choose 'Yes' you'll be able to do a full resculpt.
I've had a resculpt available from about two years ago, when CCP did the skin color changes for one or two pigment tones, and I wish I had a way I could pull it out and sell it. When you're as dashingly good-looking as I am, the mere offer of a resculpt is insulting.
