When will the ability to log off while cloaked inside a warp disruption probe bubble be addressed? This is getting quite tiresome.
Hostile jumps through gate. Hostile sees that they'll probably lose their ship. Hostile hits alt-F4 and e-warps out of the bubble before anyone can lock them Hostile logs in and out repeatedly in rapid succession so they ewarp from their ewarp point. Finally, hostile logs back in 1,000,000km from gate. Safely. Hostile continues on their merry way or rinse/dry/repeats the process at the next gate. If there's a bubble on their outbound they simply alt-F4 out as they are in mid-warp.
You should never be one keystroke away from total and utter safety before you are agressed.

I wonder when they are going to address gate camps.
Blowing up defenseless soloers as they warp in is not very good game mechanic in my book :p
And no, im not saying logging off is ok. Im just saying that pvp thats focused around camping gates and blowing up solo/duos with gate camp blob is pretty dam stupid.

Boo freakin hoo.
I would like to see the insertion radius increased from 15km to 500km. lets see an interceptor make it from the gate to an incoming ship before it warps away.
A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice. |

Logging off inside a bubble is soemthing that we will fix. I`m hopeing sooner rather than later.
Gate camps are fine. Space is not 100% safe, no matter where you are and there are ways to beat the gatecamp, always. ___________________________ ~Jiekon

Whats the way to beat/counter gate camp when you jump to next system and notice theres HUGE blob waiting for you?
You cant scan the next system and map is not always accurate (podkill information is delayed and you might be the lucky first to get blown up by gate blob).
Should everyone run scout alt, so only the scout gets blown up? Or should everyone bring their own blob and get killed one by one as you jump in?

Scouts--though I don't like the alt variety so much as the friend variety. A fast interceptor can generally make it out of a bubble and warp away before anyone can get a lock. The map is a poor substitute, but it still counts for something (check the number of ships in system, for instance, if you see 50 in a system that normally has 10, there's a higher probability of a camp).
If you are jumping into a system without intel, then there isn't really much of a counter. Then again, if you are jumping into a system in 0.0 without intel then you are asking to lose your ship.
Space is not safe. Jumping is not ever entirely safe, nor should it be. Risk vs. reward.
