I am a Gallente expatriate living and making a living in Amarr Space. As I am unable to go home, I have decided that I would like to become an Amarrian Citizen.
To this end, I am willing to transport 1 Billion Units of Tritanium to Safizon to assist in the construction of the new Amarrian Battleships that the Empress introduced for the defense of the Empire. In exchange for this, I wish to be given a minor Holder Title and whatever privileges that go along with it.
I am open to any questions that your Offices may have and stand ready to answer. |

Pilot Gaufres, it is unclear to me if your request is serious. It appears that you are requesting to be added into the Book of Records, as all citizens of the Empire are one with the Word of God. This status cannot be purchased with money; it is a part of conversion. If you wish, you may inquire further with me or Cardinal Dex. |

Citizen Aspirant Gaufres, the Amarr Empire is God's domain. You cannot bribe or buy your way into its citizenship. Naturalization is both a civic and theological legal matter. We can help you with the civic portion of the process. We are currently assisting Mr. Utari Onzo and Ms. Kaylie Jenn with this.
You will need to fill out a Combined Form C-791 BR-1: Application for Naturalization to Amarr Empire & Writ of Background Information which is to be submitted and evaluated by the Amarr Civil Service and Ministry of Internal Order. The process of application review is not subject to a timetable, and the organizations may choose to indefinitely detain your request under review.
Conversion to the Faith is almost certainly a requirement. We recommend you contact Bishop Alizebeth Amalath to understand the process of education and surrender to the Faith. Out of this potentially difficult and lengthy process we expect you will receive an Affadavit of Reclaiming which will be attached to your Application for Naturalization prior to submittal. Additionally, your donation to the Empire would be good testimony to your dedication.
It should already be clear to you that Holdership is not realistic for a Gallente non-convert, even if you are an expatriate.

The Tash-Murkons also spent a number of generations in slavery.
I'm sure that if Mr Gaufres wishes to report to his nearest SPCS registration facility then the process can be started relatively painlessly.

As someone who intends to pledge to the Tash-Murkon family if my citizenship is accepted can I kindly ask my noble brethren of the faith to not smear their name in veiled insults? They're an Heir House let us not forget. Further, this is a time where Unity is more important then ever. Thank you.
As an aside, thanks to my wealth, I have a lot of time and isk outside of my militia duties to contribute to good causes, and the Tash-Murkonites believe in hard working spirits being able to elevate themselves up rather then toiling in poverty simply because of their ancestry. Trade isn't all evil you know.
Now, back on topic from this derailment, OP I wish you luck in your application for citizenship, and I'm sure the officials in charge of convert immigration will be enobled by your donation.

As an aside Brother Onzo, I should mention that while the Tash-Murkon's are a loyal and solid House, you might want to take some time to explore your options within the Kingdom. The process of citizenship for State citizens is not nearly as convoluted as the rest of the Empire, your service and dedication will be immediately honored and you will find a perfect marriage of Caldari and Amarr cultures. Please feel free to drop me a line, should you wish to explore your options within the Kingdom further.

Sir GÇö
The Empire has become wayward and liberal. A Gallente subhuman such as yourself may not be able to find salvation there; at best, you may be able to reach Upper Hell GÇö the Hell of the Righteous non-Chosen GÇö along with the Caldari.
However, a billion units of Tritanium could purchase over five million Minmatar slaves. With the blood sacrifice of five million slaves, you would cleanse your line of sin and stand justified before a holy and righteous God. Sacrifice five million slaves. Fill the Golden Vial of the Sani Sabik with the blood of the Brutor, Sebiestor, and Vherokior and wear it at all times. Renounce your Gallentean-ness and serve the Red God. Do this, and after the Judgement I shall see you in Paradise. Amen. Amarr Victor. |

Mr. Gaufres, if you sincerely believe that that is how things work in the Empire (or the Kingdom, for that matter), you are going to be sorely disappointed. And if your post happens to be in jest, you are going to discover that neither the Chamberlain nor the Chancellor have much of a sense of humor as regards this sort of thing. (Come to think of it, you may discover that regardless.)
Neither tends to respond well to what in all honesty amounts to demands, especially when the paltry offering being made in exchange is something they could easily acquire through other methods, for less than what you would pay, and without having to give a relative unknown something as important as the title of Holder.

I am completely serious. I realize I an not a native born Amarr, nor am I related in any way to any of the Noble Families, regardless of how lowly.
It is a serious offer of materials that look like they will be much needed for the new class of Battleship. Obviously, I could make much more just selling the materials, but the Empire is in serious need, and all I was asking for was something that would not really cost the Empire much in real terms. I would have an official new home and the Empire would have a large supply of materials for future needs.

Eeeh, you can probably sell your Tritanium, buy some property and build yourself some nice and cozy house planetside.
Make sure to revet it with gold though and place a couple of gold fountains nearby. Gold roads too, just because.

It still probably won't get you a holder title, especially being as how you aren't a man of the faith. The Empire tends to be pretty strict about that sort of thing. |
