Now after the new sov system if online i see a problem..
NPC stations gives a unfair advantage over the sov holders near by.
The normal sov holders cannot counter the npc station players, and that is not fair.
CCP says they wanna make it fair for everybody and make it possible for small alliances to take sov and hold it BUT if you have some guys living next to you, that dont have to maintain their systems and can do missions from the station and do the missions in sites you have to probe them down to get them that gives a unfair advantage.
The sov holders have to protect their space 3 hours a day and the guys in npc space just have to log in if they feel like it. they can provoke the and if the fight gets to intens they can just dock up and log off without fearing hostile invasion.
My idea is:
Remove NPC null stations it dont care about the space if they only can hide in posses like in WH space thats fine then they need to defence their space.
NPC Stations is a relic from the old sov system before dominion
or make it possible to offline the stations or capture them
We have lowsec and thats okay they can be the "beachhead" for invasions.
In war you dont have a beachhead right away like CCP is giving players that are to lazy to keep and maintain their own space.
I like the idea where everyone have the same terms

No, no, no, no, no and btw did I mention no.
So where do you intend for the pirate NPC corp. stations to go?
As far as I know null is a rather large place which still has plenty of room for growth. So if they're not happy being next to an area with pirate NPC stations maybe they should think about relocating.

They can move to lowsec or they need to re think the idea of the station atm you when you live in 0.0 you are not more then 8 jump away from npc 0.0 or lowsec at any time and thats not fair then they can make the npc people stay in cosmic sites insted of stations

CCP should be adding more NPC space, particularly to the Drones Regions.
NPC space is great, because it gives smaller groups a means of accessing 0.0. It provides a staging area to get into otherwise remote areas.
The PVP opportunities from having NPC 0.0 around are amazing. I've moved all over Eve during my time. By far the worst place to live was the Drones Regions. It was safe, secluded, ratting heaven. By far the most fun was in Delve or Fountain, where the NPC dwellers provided constant small gang content.
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So, why do I post here?
I'm stubborn.

*sniff* all this violence and bloodshed.. can't we all be friends??
We could all meet up Syndicate and do a mining op and sing a song about the good old days.

No.
I agree that you should have posted with your main.. but since you didn't... well.. we'll need your main to fill out the following form.

On a more serious note. NPC null stations allow players to get a feel for nullsec without being forced into sov right away. It also provides additional content for null sec. Without these stations you would have far fewer small gangs roaming around, and half he small gangs that would be left would just by cyno baits.

having NPC stations for the small guys to live in makes it fairer on them, allowing them to troll people's sov, and ensuring it's being defended.
For posting an idea into F&I:
come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it.....
If your idea can be abused, it WILL be.

If the numbers keep dropping, would coould do this in a few months. :)
On the OP. NPC null has a purpose. I live in Provi, which has like 1 high-sec enterence and like 2 low and I think one null.
We deal with the scum of EVE everyday and maintain our SOV. (By our, I mean theirs, as I don't own or maintain any SOV.) We love our space because everyone else says it is worthless, but we are the richest people in game do to the fact we fly with the best players in EVE, and we have a never ending swarm of content that you all bring to us.
