How is the Rokh with a passive tank?
With 3 shield recharger rigs it'll be just awesome but how about for now?
I'm wondering about 3 LSE II's, EM and Therm passive hardeners (spare mid for AB/Web/painter depending on what I'm doing)
2 PDU II's, 2 SPR II's, Mag Stab
Or is this just silly? Feel free to tell me if it is.
I'll be flying the Rokh this weekend, finally the ship I wanted, a decent Caldari Gunboat (hate missiles)

I don't think it'll be too good, but obviously you should test if it works for you... I recommend testserver or some fights on TQ with corpm8s - I believe the active tank will work much better in most situations...

A Caldari that hates missles...
Surely that can't be true!  I too can't wait for the Rokh but I wonder if it will out damage a Raven at medium ranges (PVE \ NPC not PVP)

I'll look at an active tank as well, but I've only used passive up to now and quite fancied one on the Rokh bearing in mind cap usage of the guns.
I'm not too fussed about the Raven being a bit better in any area, I don't like the look of it and missiles don't appeal to me, I use them now on my Drake and well, they're just not fun.
I came to Eve hoping to get into a big Battleship with big guns, I'm training Gallente too so the Mega/Hype might be another option.
If it's not the best, it's not the best. I want a ship I like the look of that has big guns.

1-2x Invulnerability II combined with 5% Shield Resist Bonus per level should be enough for resists in generel PvP.
The thing about passivetanks for them to truly shine u need to dedicate most slots towards the tank.
SPR II aren`t in-game either so SPR I, PDU I and PDU II is only tanking mods to fit in lows.
Edit:
Rokh got 6 mids?
2x Invulnerability II, 3x Large Shield Extender II, 1x free slot (or 4.th Extender)
For lows a good mix of SPR/PDU II to be able to run and fit the armament u want and if u are going for max HP/sec or a high HP buffer.
