It's been a long time since I've played Eve - 5+ years, and am just getting back into it the past 2 months or so.
Also, I'm legally blind so it takes me a long time to survey system maps, population density reports, web searches, things like that. It's usually 10x faster to ask here.
I am finding Caldari high-sec space a bit crowded for my liking. I am running security missions for SoE and Caldari State corps. (4 agents in a tight cluster. I decline / blitz missions until they offer one I want to farm. Once all 4 agents offer a good farm, I accept all and then run them once each day for a week.)
I'm thinking about relocating, with some specific goals in mind:
- Have access to factions / corps that will help me raise standing with as many empire factions as possible - Very low risk of missions sending me to low-sec - Be low-traffic enough that the probability of mission baiters / gankers / griefers drops modestly relatively to Caldari space / SoE l4 hubs. - Be generally close enough to a trade hub so 1-2 times a month I can haul 100-150mil of stuff and relatively quickly convert it to cash. - Have 4+ security L4 agents within a relatively tight cluster of systems.
If anyone can recommend even a general area to start looking, I am happy to try and research specific systems myself. But if you happen to know of specific systems, even better. Thank you!

I got everything except the first re-req,
there's a pocket of level 4 agents with brutor densely populated and you're in between hek and rens.
Unfortunately this means a lot of angels but it's pretty sparsely populated for being so deep in high sec and close to pseudo trade hubs. |

You could try Shemah in Kador, it has all you're looking for except the "all factions" part - they're all amarr (which if you have high caldari faction standings should already be available to you).
There's 2 level 4 agents in system. One next door in Ithar. 2 jumps away there's 2 more agents in Zorrabed and another 3 agents (2 courier, 1 combat) in Hikansog which is also 2 jumps away. The storyline agent there is for an R&D corp (carthum) if research is of any interest.
Never seen a ninja there when I used to mission in the area and only 9 jumps from amarr for trade runs. Nearest low-sec is about 10 jumps away so almost zero chance of agents sending you there. Only downside is LP's aren't that high as the whole area is 0.8 sec systems and expect a lot of blood raider missions.
When I ran a lot of missions I did look for a spot with all 4 faction agents before, but found most of the time they're in border areas of the empire = close to low-sec or right near SOE hubs / trade hubs and full of local mission baiters / ninja looters.

There are some good areas reasonably close to the Amarr system that may work for you as well so check that area out. Unfortunately the only name that sticks in my mind is Nakri, used to run level 4's there with my son way back in the dark ages of our EvE experiences. Be warned it may be a terrible area now, as I say it is the only system name I remember from all those years ago.

Try dabrid, Lo sec next door but has 3 lvl 4 agents there so rarely get cool down, 1 next door. Another 3 j away in Mani. Amarr just 7 j away too. |

I used to fly near Shemah. That was a very good area.
The best area, at least three years ago, was Verge Vendor. There were some great agents near Amygnon and Jufvitte.
http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Verge_Vendor#adm
What made that area so great is that you could get the 5-run BPC for the Federation Navy Stasis Webifier from several of the agents in that area. At least back in the day this was really good ISK-wise.
You can find the agents I used here:
http://www.eve-agents.com/index.dxd?AgentName=&System=&Region=10000068&Corporation=-&Faction=500004&Division=-&Level=4&Skill=-&Locator=-&Storyline=-&FWAgent=-&Sort=9&Direction=1
There are three in Amygnon (0.6 system), one in Jufvitte (0.5), one in Scheenins (0.5). The Garoun Investment Bank agents were the best, if I remember correctly. Never had too many issues with Low Sec missions in that area.

You can find quite a few systems in hi-sec with 2 level 4 agents. They will each work for separate corps however.
Each Empire has 1+ system that does not border lo-sec space. |

The best area is the Ani constellation with Nakugard as base System: http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Metropolis/Ani#const
LvL 4 Agents: Nakugard - System sec: 0.5209 Minmatar - Krusual Tribe http://evemaps.dotlan.net/station/Nakugard_V_-_Moon_12_-_Krusual_Tribe_Bureau Storyline agent in http://evemaps.dotlan.net/station/Nakugard_V_-_Republic_University
Lanngisi - System sec: 0.4612 SOE http://evemaps.dotlan.net/station/Lanngisi_III_-_Moon_2_-_Sisters_of_EVE_Bureau Storyline agent in http://evemaps.dotlan.net/station/Lanngisi_III_-_Moon_2_-_Sisters_of_EVE_Bureau
Barkrik - System sec: 0.5623 Amarr - Joint Harvesting http://evemaps.dotlan.net/station/Barkrik_II_-_Moon_10_-_Joint_Harvesting_Food_Packaging Storyline agent in http://evemaps.dotlan.net/station/Hjoramold_IX_-_Moon_14_-_Joint_Harvesting_Refinery
Pro - Ani constellation is a Donut and due to CCPs algorithm to choose the target system for your mission (range, population density of the system) you end up very often with only 1 or 2 jumps from your staging. This works exceptionally well for Burner missions. Don't ask me why, but if i had to guess it is because the Ani constellation is a Donut. - System sec of all 3 Systems is perfectly low - Hek = Trade hub is 1 or 2 jumps - Normal missions aren't leading into lowsec - Burner mission very rarely leading into lowsec
Cons - Barkrik as no repair in station.

I used to live in Nakugard and missioned there for many years. The last time I went through, however, it seemed infested with gankers and ninja looters. It was a bit too crowded for me... It's been over three years since I ran a high sec mission, so things may have changed.
I found Teonusude to be a great location as well. Ran a lot of missions for the Thukker tribe...

Ani constellation is rather high populated and ganking happens for sure but the low system security and the unique system layout no other high sec constellation can provide. In essence due this circumstances especially the low number of jumps from your staging mission to your target system gets you very high ISK/h. In combination with concentrating on Burner missions it gets really ridiculous.

For Caldari/Minmatar, the area near Jita is quite good. Korama and surroundings (1 jump) for minnie missions.
Sobaseki/Isikemi/Funtanainen I think for Caldari missions.
Best of all, it's 3-4 jumps from Jita. Always someone wanting to buy your junk (not so true in Rens etc) and if you want to buy anything, you can always count on Jita having it and to the cheapest price. |

So do you run for Minmatar + SOE + Amarr all at once, or just pick one?
Also, do you have any guides on how to blitz the normal missions you're suggesting?

Carebearium is a useful tool for finding areas of interest including multiple agents and low activity. The developer has moved on from Eve so it's not certain how much longer the app will be available. |

SOE missions bump SOE, Gallante and a tiny bit to Minmatar. They damage Amarr/Caldari.
The Amarr missions give an alternate when the SOE agent gives unacceptable missions (such as burners if you do not run them or faction killing missions) and has the benefit of repairing your Amarr standings.
Eve Survival is still the best mission briefing website.
Note that since burners the returns on LP have dropped about 20% . |

That's not what he's referring to - he's talking about the Amarr/Caldari-SOE derived status (which is negative). To avoid damaging these faction standings, just don't do SOE storyline missions - simples

For Caldari Navy, Umokka is a good place. Several L3 and L4 agents and it is a dead end. No chance of being sent to lowsec and has some industry stations there, plus a lot of belts. And you are 4-5 jumps from Jita.
