I did say to myself that after that last CSM, I wasn't going to vote again. Never say never, I guess.
Seeing as Bronson Hughes is a hunk of C&P manlove, I shall waiver my stance and vote for this stud muffin.

One of the majority of problems that come from a PvP Oriented Highsec player is that it is often labeled as you put it, "A Stigma" a "Griefer".
I know you don't believe it to be problem. But I really hope others can look past it. I'll have questions for you in your Official CSM post.

I know you don't believe it to be problem. But I really hope others can look past it. I'll have questions for you in your Official CSM post. I do mostly losec PvP, or hisec wardecs against corps my size or larger. I've also moonlighted as a white knight on occasion, mine, and do research and industry (albeit on a small scale). It'd be really hard to pin the "griefer" tag on me.
I welcome you all to try so I can find ways to deal with it.

It's hard to ask questions when I don't know what you are basing your campaign on. Generally I don't vote for CSM's that totally just focused on one thing. The more Jack of All Trades, Master of none, though ofttimes better than master of one" Is pretty much my ideal CSM. So it's good for me to know you focus on a multi-area of EvE.
Just Saying you both a PvPer and a PvE'er to me means nothing though. Everyone indulges in PvE to a certain point. I try to stay away and beat it with a ten-foot-high-density-metal-pole, if it comes to close, because I hate PvE and rather play the market instead. XD Because I find the current PvE incredibly boring. You can't do most missions semi-AFK, like you can in most other MMORPG's, which would be a good thing if Missions weren't so incredibly boring.
Personally my first concerns are,
What is your opinions on the highsec War-dec Mechanic's, Are they good? Do they need changed, if so how?
How do you feel about the High-Income Incruisions? Do they need to have there isk rate adjusted?
Do you think Highsec missions need refining? Or what about Highsec Mining?
How would you make Highsec more engageable to both Bittervets and Newbros alike?

I am working on a long, detailed post detailing my views on these items, but the tl;dr version is:
I think they need a rework to make them more meaningful yet harder to dodge.
I feel like hisec income in general is too high compared to the low risk involved.
Yes to both. I feel like the high-profit avenues of both need to be shifted away from 1.0 and towards 0.5.
Wait and see.
You're the third person I've told to be patient and I apologize for that. But...be patient. Your answers are coming.

No one needed to man, that was the point was trying to make, although abstractly, depending on how you word something, some asshat like like me will twist what you say to discredit you. Not because they don't like what you have to say but trolling for the sake of it.

I share that concern. This is why I think we need someone on the CSM who has hisec and wardecs in mind to keep them to it. I know that CCP has been all about small, incremental changes lately (except when they're not) and I can understand why. But the problem with incremental change is that it's easy to stop ebfore you're finished. Ideally I'd like a plan in place for all of this (wardec fees, corp changes, hisec income reduction, etc.) before the first change gets made, or to make them all at once.
When I ran last year (something I don't have time to do this year) my suggestion was the following:
- Scale wardecs according to the size of the aggressor entity, not the defender. Cheaper for small aggressors (I proposed 10m * sqrt(X) where X is the size of the aggressor entity, capped at 2500 members).
- Rebalance NPC corp tax to have less impact on new players and more on veterans. Specifically, instead of 11% of the entire bounty tick if it is over 100k, make it 30% of the portion of the tick that exceeds 300k. (So a bounty tick of 1.5 million is taxed at 0.3(1.5m-0.3m) = 360k). Importantly, apply this to incursion payouts.
- Make player corporations worth sticking with through the bad times, by adding some system that makes corporations with a long history of PVE get slightly more LP for PVE activities, but this would only apply to corp members that have at least a 14 day membership tenure. So dropping a corp to dodge a dec then rejoining a week later causes you to miss out on three weeks of this bonus.
Shoot everyone. Let the Saviour sort it out.

You epitomize the heart of an Agent because you want a highsec that is along the same vision lines as we do. I love that you shoot at us; nowhere near enough in highsec do. You've got my vote, hands down. And I would be willing to wager that most Agents would say the same.
