I'm unsure of the best way to make a alt account.
the power of two deal invite a buddy free plex + free 30 days for your buddy - id be my own buddy.
Also i see some free items for just up-grading a trial account, the items are worth a fair bit of isk in jits,. But i don't know if this is mutually exclusive with invite a buddy.
Any advise ?

Normally I'd say a neutral hauler alt is always worth the investment. But since Eva Isu is already your neutral hauler alt, you kind of lost me here....
edit: the "power of two" deal is what I took, I think it's decent.
I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it.
Yes, I do feel bad about it.

I'd say the best deal would be to recommend yourself the eve trial. That way, after the first month when you subscribe the new alt, you'll get a plex on your main.
Or, you could remember the credentials for the account you created back in 2007.
Or Maybe pick one up through steam so you can show all your friends just how many hours you spend in this game, proving through action that it's got alot of content to keep you logged in constantly. I think if you do it this way you get a prototype accelerator that'll double your n00b's training speed for 2 weeks. |

If you plan to use Plex to sub the new account ongoing Power of Two works out the best deal (6 months for 3 plex). You don't have to carry on using plex indefinitely, it is possible to alternate payment methods - just make sure to cancel your subscription after applying it to stop recurring charges.
If you buddy yourself and sub the new account using a plex you'll get 30 days gametime as a reward on the account which issued the buddy invite. The Plex/free ships reward options are only available if you pay for a sub using $. This gives you an effective 60 days free (30 day trial + cost of new month which is passed back as a buddy award). Haven't looked at the Caty package offered as a buddy reward for a while, it might be worth checking to see if you can sell them for more than a Plex.
The best value for money seems to be using the buddy system then taking a sub package. 12 months is the maximum sub and is the cheapest subscription per month which adds upto a few months free. Go into account management on an existing alt and look at the resub packages to get an idea, even a 6 month package is a decent deal.
There are also new account offers on Amazon with some free ingame stuff and occasionally Steam runs new account promotions, but I don't think the freebies work out more than using the PO2 or Buddy option direct from CCP.

You get the 2007 information where, how would you know that? |

I've just used a buddy-invite to myself, as Power Of Two is never around when needed.
