1. Remove jump fatigue. Remove warp drives from capitals i.e. capitals must jump to travel. Whenever a capital jumps, it gets a 1 minute + 2 minute per lightyear cooldown timer applied where it can't jump OR leave space i.e. log off. Prohibit capitals from fitting cloaking devices. This prohibits the rapid jumping of capitals without being as burdensome or complicated as jump fatigue. This also requires capital owning entities to have a stakehold in where they are jumping. In other words, if you jump a capital somewhere, it better be someplace that is safe or where you are willing and able to defend. 2. Remove capital remote cap/shield/armor transfer modules. Replace skill bonuses for these modules with a bonus to EWAR and logi drone effectiveness. This makes all capitals much more vulnerable and would hopefully give EWAR drones much more use than they currently see. Plus, if a group of a hundred carriers want to all launch logi drones to heal a buddy a ton, they can do that, but at least then the drones are vulnerable to smartbombs. 3. Transfer the clone bay ability from titans to carriers and supercarriers. Allow pilots to dock with carriers/supercarriers. Increase the physical size and ship bay of carriers/supercarriers such that they can carry a significant number of ships (supercarriers more than carriers). This would give slower subcapital fleets much more mobility without requiring a titan. For instance, an entire battleship fleet could load up into a few carriers, jump to the fight, then unload and start dealing damage. |

Add a travel time through jump-space on top of that, with the fleet dropping out of jump in a random system on the general direction of jump if cyno get destroyed, and i would be fine with it.
