Any ship could fit it but couldn't necessarily use it.
Capacitor cost for various ships Punisher: 89.25 Gj Corax: 142.5 Gj Thorax: 846 Gj Tornado: 1142.1 Gj Machariel: 7101 Gj
Pirate ship Nightmare, can you fathom
Larger but with smaller spikes than Phantasm
The Succubus looks meaner
But the Revenant cleaner
Seems as they get bigger, the smaller spikes they has'm

I've heard people say it's a bad idea, but I think they're making a lot of assumptions about how it would play out and failing to consider many possible factors of an unknown module.

This module adds (on average) 520m/s velocity to whatever ship repeatedly cycles it.
Not too bad for ABCs, though it'd be good for avoiding bombs. |

suppose Marauder can somehow generate enough GJ, 70% reduce cooldown on MJD mean it travel rough 1.4km/sec, slight slower than if they use Large MJD. |

looks like a game balancing nightmare on steroids, on more steroids, and yes probably some more steroids.
The parts that are broken are:
the range, the spool up time. the cooldown time and the fact it can be on any ship and lastly because its resource usage is based on mass.
Yawn,-á I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.
