Hi! I was just wondering what the normal handling time for support tickets is? My brother made a few mistakes and sent in a ticket 3 days ago and haven't heard anything since. I'm writing this a one of his problems was not being able to access his account.
If any support staff sees this, his ticket id is: #46429

Up to ten days, depending upon the nature of the ticket, reimbursement being one of the longest waits.

Billing and account issues are usually faster, if you've categorized your ticket that way. Typically, though, it's about 2 weeks. When they do respond to the ticket, however, they're pretty good at resolving the issue (i.e. you won't get a canned response like with other MMO's).

Yup, personal gm/dev correspondence . Also if you gave them a verified email address they will correspond using that rather than the client, once you're getting attended to the back and forth is fairly prompt

reimbursement issues I've had take a long time. In game issues like a mission that won't complete I've actually gotten responses in less than one minute. So it really depends on the issue. |

It's really variable.
Always seems to help if you are succinct in writing up the issue and provide relevant links/evidence.
I think my longest wait to date is 7 days. I have had response in as little as ten minutes (for beginner mission related glitch.)
