Just wondering how much isk I can make doing PI in null sec? From doing it daily to just doing it in 3 day cycles. |

Per Character......
Assumptions: 1x Factory Planet making Enriched Uranium Rest of Planets are Extraction -> P1. Command Center Upgrades V
MAJOR ASSUMPTION: The factory planet can be kept fully fed (needs refilling pretty much every day @ CCU V on a small'ish radius planet)
1x Factory planet will produce something on the order of ~2,300 units of Enriched Uranium/day
2,300x 30 = 69,000/month
@ 10,500ISK/unit = 724,500,000 ISK/month.
Your mileage may vary depending on POCO taxes, extraction rates and how well you set up your planets.

The most lazy setups with P2 production on each planet as a floor value restarting once a week should yield ~300+mil still. So effort really pays off. |

i have two toons, and I'm clearing 1.25 b in a month.
Both have maxed skills. Tax rates vary from 2.5% to 7.5% Both are using one barren to to do P3's
Location location location is huge here. I find that a lot of E-UNI poco's have really low tax rates.
I used to do 2 day cycles but it just became a job. Beware of burning out with three day programs, and there are some decent android apps to keep track of your set ups if you take off for a weekend somewhere.

egads, I run four toons with a total of 23 planets and that's as much Farmville In Space as I can stomach.
FYI: I return something north of 2.5b ISK/month on my PI activities.

I'll be running a lot of toons on PI. Space farmville will be interesting. |

I was earning 3.15 billion per month with 3 characters with 5 planets each. Prices have changed since then. |

4 PI characters 5 planets each character Lvl 4 CCU each character
Each character 2 x P1 resource X extraction planets (roughly 10 basic factories on each planet) 2 x P1 resource Y extraction planets (roughly 10 basic factories on each planet) 1 x P2 factory planet (roughly 20 advanced factories on each planet)
P2 factory produces around 1800 P2 units per day Roughly 1800 * 30 = 54,000 P2 units per month per factory planet / character
Let's call it a nice round 10k isk per unit which gives 540m per planet - taxes and other costs.
500M per character per month with... - below max skills - access to null sec - 4% average tax - inherent laziness to maximise profit / search market |

What about Low Sec? Is it significantly better than high sec or is Null the ultimate way to go? |

You'll have to look around at your particular systesm, but I didn't find it better enough than high sec to justify the extra hauling hassle - unless you are already based in low. In fact, hauling quickly becomes the main hassle so try not to spread your planets around.
WH production is supposed to be equal to Null.

I believe it goes by true sec, so worm holes are actually tied for the best with the best null sec. So I'd say that a worm hole with a high sec static is ideal, since that takes out a lot of the hassle when it comes to transporting everything. |

Any even -0.05 or -0.1 ish truesec system I have seen has been significantly better than any 0.2 or 0.1 lowsec system.
When I was a 4 week old eve player I did lowsec PI as I thought Nullsec was scary. Did this in lowsec for 4-5 months or so, so I have some experience. Then I went to Null and haven't looked back ever since... |

i do a lot of pi in low sec
this is unfortunately innacurate
low is better than high, but worse than null and WH

make around 1,5 bill per month for 2 characters of a total of 12 planets making P2 and P3 for fuel and such for the corp/alliance.
If i were to go fullprofit mode in 3day cycles id nab around 1,8b maybe 1,9 (planets suck!)
daily cycles could marge me up to 2b easy. but its a lot of management
Planets are pretty much generated in the game linked to the sec status when PI was introduced, so generally the lower you go the better
highsec 1.0 has the worst planets
lowsec better, 0.0 even better up till -1.0 for the best ones
Usually planets in wormholes are better because wormholes are always -1.0 thus the lowest achievable status (for now) |
