Pilots;
Itsukame-Zainou Hyperspatial Inquiries Ltd. is planning another series of penetrations of the Drifter Hive facilities. We are currently aim to strike all five facilities to ensure there's been no change to Drifter activity or infrastructure, and also to plant observers in target systems to ensure mapping of entrances, to track Drifter movements and activity, and to otherwise provide intelligence to interested parties on the Drifters.
To this end, we have solicited assistance from expeditionary group participants Societas Imperialis Sceptri Coronaeque, Jovian Labs, Fleet Coordination Commission, Caldari Independent Navy Reserve, and independent explorers, and have extended an invitation to the new organization Chrysos Aigis [C-AIG]. We solicit additional groups who would be able to contribute.
If you are an interested party and would like to contribute to these operations, please contact me at your earliest convenience for operational planning.
Operations will be regular until we've completed five raids and completed our objectives.
In service, Makoto Priano Itsukame-Zainou Hyperspatial Inquiries Ltd.

My organization is no friend to the Drifter. In fact, the Empress herself named an Entosis module after Pandemic Legion to honor our assistance in understanding the tech.
However it should be known that Miss Priano has no control over her associates. The latter are a rowdy lot unwilling to apologize for their wrongdoings - in the case calling me "the biggest pussy" and challenging me to a fight (from the safty of Jita IV-4 - not quite an exploration hub) and then complaining when I show up.
Until this matter is resolved - I'm only looking for a simple apology - I will encourage everyone to avoid using the services of Itsukame-Zainou Hyperspatial Inquiries Ltd. I personally will see that any of their military expeditions will come on hard times, and I would hate to see honorable researchers and freelancers punished. As such I will offer my assistance in any reconnaissance missions that require a military presence - free of charge. Likewise, I will offer a reward five times greater than Miss Priano's organization - for verified information of course. Because it's a smart thing to engage a combat vessel in an exploration/scouting vessel.
Keep thinking like that and you will never be able to survive if the universe ever decides to stop killing each other and settle down.
I imagine you will turn pirate then and there.
Admit it. You are just sore that you are denied an easy kill. You come in, expecting to catch an exploration frigate off-guard, and get a free killmail, only to find that the guy in the exploration vessel is fitted just for that event and had been watching the D-scan and is already ready to warp out.
You are just like a 15 year old who thinks she figured everything out only to find her little Thorax model taken away and throw a tantrum.
Get used to having the universe not bending itself backwards for your benefit.

Another note to add:
Honourable Diana Kim engaged an unarmed Probe-class frigate in a Caracal. Gets all pissy that the easy kill got away because the easy kill actually really isn't that easy (for he has prepared for the eventuality of being engaged by hostiles) and has eyes on the D-scan.
In other words, she wants the universe to bend backwards for her and give her an easy kill and threw a tantrum when the universe blew her off and said, "Well, why don't you work on catching this non-oblivious bastard this time around?".
And I never see her undock to engage my Breacher every time I drop by, even when I was suicidal enough to hang out to capture a few complexes (suicidal because local is filled with Caldari militia and I should have also consider the possibility of offgrid cloaked booster Lokis).

With respect Ms. Randolph, while the incident between Mr. Victorian and yourself was as foolish as it was amusing, Ms. Priano has always conducted herself in a respectable and trustworthy fashion and her contributions to the scientific community have been invaluable.
To purposely disrupt her operations to secure more intelligence on the Drifters, because of such a petty personal disagreement with one of her members, seems illogical, especially when the very entity they are investigating is the one attacking the Empire you and your alliance have sworn to protect, defend and represent. I am sure someone as intelligent and capable as yourself will realize that there are some things more important than who can beat up who.
On that note, I would like to offer my assistance to Ms. Priano and her organization wherever I can, and I would encourage Ms. Randolph to show her true dedication to protecting the Empire and combine her resources with these expeditions.

I appreciate the candor, but this is by no means a frivolous display of force. The company one choose to keep is often a reflection of oneself - especially when we choose to keep precious few in our company. Miss Priano's associate interrupted a conversation with the sole intent to accost me. I gave him a polite warning to back down, but he chose to continue. Miss Priano then asked him to pipe down, which he also disregarded. He challenged me physically, and when I accepted the challenge he whimpered like an injured hound. He took no responsibility for his actions and decided that his ego was more important than the safety of his Corporation mates, and of this expedition. Given an out to stop the nonesense that he started, he again decided that his ego was more important.
It would be downright RECKLESS to let such an ego-driven adolescent like this near an expedition as important as this one. Instead I have offered 400% more resources and an uncountable increase in military assistance. Not to win an argument, but to keep men like Miss Priano's subordinate - which she seems unable to control - from doing any harm to such an essential experiment.
While I would love to combine resources for such a task, it is - and never has been - up to me. I've been responding to the situation around me, and should the situation become reasonable then I will act in kind.

In any case, what form exactly does your military aid take? And how do you offer it? Are you in fact planning to lead expeditions into the Drifter Hives? Because if so, IKAME has publicly released infrastructure maps, and members of our expeditions have released guides and accounts of previous raids you might find useful.
Of course, if your priority is indeed support of the Empire, I doubt you'd actually interfere with these expeditions...?

Again she deflects the accusations that her associate - Mr Victorian - is an uncontrollable and reckless force.
I am honored to call JEFFRAIDER a friend. He is a gentleman of quality, and if you are insinuating that his actions reflect unto me me then I take that as a grand compliment. Not sure why you're trying to justify the reckless actions of your Mr Victorian - who is single handedly responsible for putting IKAME into war - by comparing him with a man who intent on supporting his friends. Oh right, you have a knack for deflection.

According to Scope and DED records, Pandemic Legion is the #1 killer of Drifter battleships. In fact we were the first alliance to manipulate the Drifter AI in such a way as to allow us hold their focus in one region (Derelik) and relentlessly kill them. Likewise our research wing at SPHERE Laboratories were deemed the most instrumental in assisting the Empire in understanding Entosis technology. A research simulation, mind you, that IKAME did not even bother to attend.
While I acknowledge the great work that IKAME have put into understanding the Drifter menace - including releasing the first (public) autopsy - my very valid concerns regarding the stability of your group continue to remain unanswered. It is not our past glories that define us, but the way we respond to our most recent follies.
