More like check..... I doubt this is the kind of weapon to which was referred. You must remember of course that without the eight foot build afforded by combat stock clones and the protective layering of a dropsuit you could not even operate the weapon without the likelihood of self immolation.
Every weapon available to a cloned soldier at a fundamental level already exists as either Mining Equipment or Smalls arms employed by modern military, police, and criminal entities. |

If I recall, all the projectile weapons used by clone soldiers are now available to the ordinary Matari soldier, Valklear included.
The ammo however is different, to ensure the recoil doesn't break the user's arms and ribs.
Also, the autocannon is stand-mounted.
Surprisingly enough, due to the recoil-less nature of the Flaylock and the Mass Driver, they are available more or less unmodified. However, the operators are advised to stand further and aim higher.

I wouldn't be surprised if that were true though without the penetrating power to wound soldiers within dropsuits I'm no rightly sure what the differences exist between them and traditional projectile weapons used throughout the cluster. |

It's the modular design of the new weapons that was being utilised. As you might notice, the Flaylock, SMG and Assault Rifle share the same frame, stock and firing mechanism. This make it very suitable for adapting to changing battlefield condition. You can, for example, very quickly swap parts out to transform the Assault Rifle into an SMG if you realise you are moving from a mostly open battleground into the narrow interiors of an industrial complex.

Makoto Priano wrote: With due respect, Ruil, let me say several things.
First, much like any corporation, IKAME possesses pilots both diplomatic and un-diplomatic. Given that exploration personnel tend to be an individualistic, self-motivated set, I try not to constrain them. After all, it's usually understood that pilots on the Summit are representing themselves solely, save when an official statement is made, and these traits are actually very useful in our area of operation. Essentially, despite their being rough around the edges, they remain an asset to IKAME; perhaps this is even because they are rough around the edges.
First, IKAME is run by a person Makoto Priano, who was already found to be a liar, lacking honor and courage to stand for her own words (ref. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=381560 ). CEO is a front face of any corporation, and if CEO of IKAME is a disgraced liar, it drops a huge shadow over all corporation members.
Makoto Priano wrote: Second, you're already establishing a reputation as a grandstander. Considering that your first posting here was to rouse people for a righteous war against the occasional outspoken outlaw, 'by force if necessary,' begging for 'everyone's support in this endeavor,' when you yourself are still a pilot in the academy and thus unable to prosecute your war, I can't help but wonder as to your dedication to your cause. I would love to see you out hunting the pirates you decry, and demonstrating to us what a good little ultranationalist does.
Second. One who speaks words, which they are unable to back, shouldn't point out for other to follow their words. I am pretty sure Ms. Ruil can destroy pirates with ease, as well as I know that Ms. Priano is just a disgraced lying loudmouth, unable to back her empty words with her actions.
Makoto Priano wrote: Third, a brusque comment is met by your reply that one of my staff members should fellate a shotgun. For someone who decries some pilot's lack of diplomacy, you're hilariously diplomatic, yourself. 'Oh, woops,' does not render moot all that preceded it, when an actual mistake could be edited, an apology made, etc.
And third, I have no freaking idea what does 'fellate' mean, but a disgraced coward like Ms. Priano, who was lying about Caldari officers should not point to others about diplomacy.
Makoto Priano wrote: Fourth, what the hell sort of word is 'ser,' and where did you even find it?
And yes, fourth. What exactly does word 'fellate' mean and where did you even find it?..

On the second point, Ruil has not appeared in publicly available Killboards, at all. Therefore there is no evidence that she is capable of gunning down a pirate capsuleer.
On the third point, Ms Priano has defused the situation with PL. This is what diplomacy is about: defusing situation. I don't expect a warhound like yourself, who can't even wrap your head around the idea of poking around a data site with no intention to engage in hostilities, to understand the concept.
On the fourth point, the word 'fellate' exists in a dictionary. The definitive dictionary even. I will make it easy on you and post to you the search result: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/fellatio
First point's left to Ms. Priano.

Ser Egivand, as a member of the Federal Defense Union, you are one of my sworn enemies. Due to respect as an adversary, I am going to overlook this fact for now.
I made my credencials pretty clear. I am a Major of the State Peacekeepers, and my role is to safeguard and defend ground territories from unlawful occupancy. My rank was earned due to excellency in the battlefield and outstanding loyalty to the State in the short amount of time I've been in active duty.
Not once have I claimed to be an ace capsuleer pilot nor do I work currently for the State Protectorate, so frankly I have nothing to prove. This body, despite having capsule interfacing, is only a proxy I use to deal with capsuleer business. And if this bothers anyone or somehow diminishes my credibility, well, I don't give a damn about your opinions.
Better use of diplomacy is not to escalate things after being given a warning to cease. My warnings to IKAME went ignored, and they have been repeatedly proven hostile towards me and others, even without provocation. I don't suffer fools lightly, and I made this quite clear already.
Yet threatening me with a shotgun is fair game? It must be.
Unlike the Strike Commander, I know very well what "fellate" means, and my insult wasn't formulated with that image in mind. I was hoping Ser Terano's inability to operate a shotgun would cause her bloody demise, while keeping with this topic's theme.
And claiming shotguns are solely Gallente weapons despite CreoDron having about a third of its capital owned by the CBD Corporation, and shotguns being standard issue to Caldari Recon regiment squads, only reveals the utter lack of knowledge outside of their sphere of influence that the common capsuleer suffers. |

Soooo! Question!
Is the kissing actually smooching, or can we kiss hands? Hands are cootie free according to my examinations! And kissing rings is a thing, I've heard!

I see the "kiss" as a gesture. Doesn't have to be an actual kiss. Just showing someone you appreciate them by sending virtual kisses...
Like all those kisses Zena gave me.
When you put a mobile depot in reinforce it makes a kissing sound when you land on grid with it after. You can launch a few dozen of them to spell out the word "KISS" in space. Put them in reinforce and when your love lands on grid to see they will have a big red kiss and hear the kissing as they land too.
