I don't have a fit as I haven't used a Raven for many years, however, Liang's Raven is still the only fit that I would recommend to anyone (I did fit one up in Jita a few months ago just to see what figures it put out as I'm a bit of a Luddite and don't use EFT :) )
There used to be a link to it in the mission survival guide if you have a bookmark for that or use your google-fu. It's called Liang's Raven as the fit was popularised by Liang Nuren (sp?).
The main points are that it has a cap boosted tank, so get rid of that shield boost amp, a cap booster with 800s is your get out of jail card, it will save you when things go wrong, always have 5 charges loaded plus 14 - 16 in cargo. I would suggest you always use Fury cruise and have a few hundred precisions as they help clearing small stuff. Others will disagree and say use T1 ammo as it is cheaper, but they aren't considering that Fury can make things go a lot faster so it costs you a bit more isk but you get it back in faster completion times.
100MN Afterburner as BS are slow.
Several flights of T2 small drones because you will lose some. Don't use mediums.
Consider using ascendency implants.
Don't use CCC rigs, DPS is a tank as well, and with a cap boosted tank they are a waste.
Decide what you want to do with the high utility slot(s). Tractor works well for snagging mission cans. Nosferatu works if you don't have a cap boosted tank, which you should have.
Maybe even try an auto-targetter.
Don't fit 4 BCS, a sig amp is probably better imo than the last one which will only add a small amount of dps, plug some missile hardwires in to give you more dps if you want it.

Don't both with separate cap booster/SB modules - get a Large or XL Ancillary Shield Booster, which will be more than enough for most missions.

I was thinking about a Raven? (training skills for a Navy Raven) can somehelp me with a fitting ? Yes, but first what region are you planning to mission in? The Raven will do well in any of them, but there some ships (Amarr, etc.) that are ideally-suited for each region. With respect to a fit, I find these components will serve you well for a Raven missile fit:
GÇó Mid or High-grade Ascendancy implants (slot 1-5) GÇó Eifyr and Co. WS-615 implant (slot 6)
GÇó 6x Cruise Missile Launcher II, Fury cruise missiles GÇó Small Tractor Beam II or Drone Link Augmentor
GÇó 500MN Quad LiF Restrained Microwapdrive GÇó 2x Missile Guidance Computer II, precision-scripted GÇó 2x Adaptive Invulnerability Field II GÇó 1x Pithum C-Type X-Large Shield Booster GÇó 1x Large Micro Jump Drive
GÇó 2x Dread Guristas Ballistic Control System GÇó 1x Ballistic Control System II GÇó Nanofiber Internal Structure II or Inertial Stabilizers II GÇó Damage Control II or Co-processor II
I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Be aware that missile boats are not popular in incursion fleets and the current ship of choice for blitzing 4s is the Mach due to warp speed bonuses adding more to ISK/hr than DPS does.
On the plus side the Raven with Missile Skills and Caldari BS levels leads longterm to a Rattlesnake Barghest or Golem so If that is the sort of thing you see yourself flying eventually the Raven is a good choice.

yea, I'd go with a mach. If you really want a raven we can talk about it, but I'd go with nearly any other option.

Totally agree. Below is the mach fit i gave to my buddy who was new to the game.
[Machariel, Incursion Conversion] Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Internal Force Field Array I Tracking Enhancer II Tracking Enhancer II Tracking Enhancer II
Pith X-Type Large Shield Booster Adaptive Invulnerability Field II Adaptive Invulnerability Field II Large Micro Jump Drive Core X-Type 500MN Microwarpdrive
800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Republic Fleet EMP L Small Tractor Beam II
Large Core Defense Field Extender II Large Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer II Large Projectile Collision Accelerator I
Hobgoblin II x11 Hammerhead II x5 Hammerhead II x2 Republic Fleet EMP L x6000 Republic Fleet Phased Plasma L x6000 Republic Fleet Fusion L x6000 Hail L x3000
Not the best, most optimized mission running mach, but it can survive and complete any lvl 4 mission (the MJD is jsut that extra get out of jail free card, had to teach my bro how to make sure kept enough cap to mjd out though). The thing about this fit is that it has the basic level incursion rigs for the Community I run with, so he could refit and join an incursion fleet with little hassle:
[Machariel, Incursion DPS] Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer Tracking Enhancer II Tracking Enhancer II Damage Control II
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II Adaptive Invulnerability Field II Gist X-Type EM Ward Field Shadow Serpentis Tracking Computer, Tracking Speed Script Core X-Type 500MN Microwarpdrive
800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L 800mm Repeating Cannon II, Hail L Small Tractor Beam II
Large Core Defense Field Extender II Large Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer II Large Projectile Collision Accelerator I
Hobgoblin II x11 Hammerhead II x7
Machariel, ONE SHIP TO RULE THEM ALL lol.
Tl;DR, get into incursions, better isk, better overall experience than running missions, and a quick refit means you can run missions when there are no incursions. Hell, I've had it where no missions were close so i just jumped around doing high sec anomalies just outside the incursion pocket lol. |

Honestly... if you don't know how to fit a basic Raven...
Go back to the Caracal and learn how to successfully run L2s in an active-tanked Caracal. I would prefer to recommend you to battlecruisers, but the Caldari battlecruisers use a different kind of tanking than does the Raven or Caracal (they passive-tank).
Active tank means using a shield booster and shield hardener modules.
What you're asking is "how do I build the most basic of PvE fits", to which I recommend you start with something cheap and simple before you try something expensive, hard to fly, and SP intensive. |

I ran a shield Machariel for quite some time but found that the armor Mach (in my opinion*) beats it by quite a decent margin in terms of blitzing and isk/h. Fit's in my sig.

There are some variants in fitting a Raven, it all comes down to each individual's taste. Some fits can be solid like Liang's old fit. That fit was before the Raven got that 7th midslot.
Here is a slight modification to Liang's Raven:
rigs: 2 x rigors 1 x flare
highs: 6 x Cruise T2, fury missiles Tractor Beam II
Mids: Pith b-type XL shield Booster SBA II 2 x mission specific hardeners 1 x mission specific amplifier Heavy Cap Booster II, 800 charges TP, or AB, or Webber (depends)
Lows: 4 x Caldari BCUs Signal Amp II, or DCII (depends)
drones: 10 x light T2
Try that fit out first and then adjust it to suit yourself.
Don't bother with Ascendency implants. Even with those you'll never break any speed records. (She's built for comfort, not speed) Maybe go with Mid grade Crystals, that will help you with the shields. Then use CM603, MP703, GP803/5, TN903, RL1003/5.
Using that 4th BCU is like adding 3% to you damage output. That's like a 3% implant.
The above fit gives me 1003dps, and 6171 volley. 3BCUs gives me 940dps and 5961 volley. (yeah I could go with a T2 BCU as the 4th, but money is longer an object.)
I also get a shield boost rate of 1362hp/4s.
You have a lot of gunnery skills, so maybe you should lean in that direction. But you did ask for a Raven fit. You'll have to work on your drone skills.

although in lv3s just throwing an invlun on a drake is more than enough tank for almost every mission, I'm not sure you even need one, as the drake has a resist bonus.
