hello there.
my question is simple : what setup for my raven will be able to tank any level 4 mission using tech 2 gear?
no faction plz ,unless its a faction module under 50mil
(i dont have the funds  )
if possible id like a setup using siege launchers with a large shield booster.

Lately I've been experenting with a T2/Named Raven (without faction/office gear) to minimize loss costs.
Highs:
6x Arbie Cruise ML's
2x Heavy Dim Power Systems
Meds:
1x Phased Weapon Target Painter
1x XL Shield Booster II
1x Copasetic Shield Boost Amp (Not enough CPU for SBA II)
3x Rat-specific T2 hardeners (always 1 heat)
Lows:
3x BCS II
2x PDS II
Drones:
7x Rat-specifici Medium T2 Drones
Rigs:
3x Capacitor Control Circuits T1
(Recently installed these from all parts salvaged by myself)
This beast devours battlecruisers and less very quick and effeciently.

Firstly...have you ever done missions or are you not posting with your main?
Secondly I really dont think you will find one particular set up useing purely Tech 2 gear that will tank ALL lvl 4 missions. Maybe with a Faction Ship and Faction gear and good skills you will.
Be a little more specific in your questions and if its any particular mission you are struggling with and also look up the ship set up sticky in the ships and modules part of the forums.

I prefer Cruise missiles over torpedo's since it's easier to fit T2 stuff and they hit alot better against cruisers.
6x Cruise Missile Launcher II
4x Active Hardener (2x2 rat specific)
1x X-Large Shield Booster I
1x Shield boost amp
2x Ballistic Control System II
3x Power Diagnostic System II
3x Capacitor Control Circuit Rigs
5x T2 Medium drones (i use hammerheads)

use cruise missiles as you'll do optimal damage since even level 4s have more cruisers and frigs worth of HP you have to deal with.
also, a tech II tank will only handle most missions and that's with proper aggro management. If you don't know how to manage 'Worlds Collide' aggro then a tech II tank won't rep enough damage to keep up. You'll need either faction gear or a friend.
PS: Friends are cheaper.
