First Entry 2007-01-11 10:50:00 - Target: Laerise of PIE
After narrowly avoiding an 8 man squad that was hunting Despare as we passed through Empire space, I warped into system with my trusty Boondoggle and located a Punisher on scan. I took a look around to see what else there was before going in... and there was a Machariel and Brutix on a nearby planet ... after tracking her across 3 belts decided what the hell, DEATH OR GLORY! With the corp motto still hanging in the air/pod liquid/reverberating through my hull I warped in 18km away, locked and activated the warp disruptor, and swooped in with the afterburners going full throttle.
Swapping to warp scrambler and activating all 3 guns and Knave NOS the fight was on! But suddenly, within seconds of the third volley from Boondoggle's 200mm Autos the Rifter slammed to a near halt, throwing me against the wall of my pod. The ***** had webbed me! Quickly I deactivated the afterburner to save on capacitor and kept unloading with volleys of Phased Plasma S from the 200's, eyeing the capacitor meter as it slowly refilled from Laerise's own power supply. Tossing the armor reps back on as armor evaporated down to 20%, the nanos did their work and brought armor back up to 90%. Just as suddenly Boondoggle took off like a cruise missile pushing me right back to the rear of the pod. Gritting my teeth against the pain, "Goddamn Amarrian is going to pay for these bruises" slipped through my thoughts as the Rifter's drives fully recovered from the drive disruption.
Accellerating back to a steady 500km/s we danced, searing lasers and white hot plasma shells criss crossing the 1500km distance, lighting up both ships like fireworks, each ship losing a piece of armor here and a piece of armor there. Steadilly Laerise dipped into hull, retrieving a solid 25% armor before her cap expired and could no longer repair. Letting loose a cry of "For the Republic!", I gazed triumphantly as Laerise's ship brightened into a miniature sun and detonated in a blast that lit up the asteroid belt in a 300km radius.
Noticing the blasted Amarrian's pod a second too late, target lock was disabled, with a miniscule 0.5seconds to completion, as Laerise warped out with a transmission of just how many slaves she'd been holding in her hold... 2 Sebiestor adults, a man and woman, and a young Brutor child. A bittersweet victory indeed... After scanning the wreckage for possible remains and coming up with nothing, I salvaged a polished Dual Light Pulse Laser II and the Pax Amarria and headed home to refit for another day of hunting these barbaric zealots. With the finishing of this tale you'll have to excuse me, I have an Amarrian janitor to flash freeze and have delivered to X3S, she likes to have her Amarrian's as fresh as possible, if not alive. X3 has quite a unique culinary preference... if you catch my drift . Oh, and as an afterthought... I wonder if the Republic Fleet Assembly Plant's reprocessing units can turn this Pax Amarria into ping pong paddles... or at least bathroom tissue

That is all for now. More to come as time progresses and Amarrian ships and reduced to vapor. Kintaana out.

Aye, it is always a pleasure to see another slaver reduced to floating biomass.
It is a pleasure on an entire new level to then scoop that body for later; it is a rare day when I am unable to feast upon the bones of my enemy, despite the holes and scorchmarks from my guns and drones.
...Or perhaps you do not share my enthusiasm. Nonetheless, it is an experience I enjoy with ...gusto.

See what we Amarr are dealing with here? This is the "Distinct Matari culture" that the Gallente would wish to preserve. Cannibalism and barbarism at the most disgusting levels. They're just as bad as the Bloodraiders (and no wonder that they're in league with them).
It falls to the forces of civilization to exterminate this abomination, and thus it shall be exterminated, at one point or another. It may take time, but the Amarr empire is patient and dedicated.

Correction; this is the "Distinct Matari Culture" that deserves to be free.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no frothing freedom fighter. In fact, my tribe doesn't even register as friends to the Republic. But the only wrong I see in that entire paragraph (apart from a few miscalculations in distances), is the Matari people in that Amarr's cargo hold.
Disgusting behaviour once again, Amarr. ----- "Boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past"

And tasty, especially with a little bouillabaisse sauce.

Cannibalism? Probably not. Try a sense of humor more likely. Not that we expect the Amarr to understand humor. We know you guys go more in the direction of lengthy, dry religious tracts that end with, "and that is why we are better than you."
And congratulations on your victory Kintanna. I do like to see the pilots in Fimbulwinter doing well.

I know this is a bit of necro, but here's a charming thing I saw a member of the CVA write about himself.
"Do you use slaves? I dont. Ate them. Tastes like chicken :P " ~Lakotnik's biography.
It seems that indeed the Amarr have risen above the Minmatar in this AND other areas.
