i am noticing when i log or board a ship i have fitted a powergrid rig to the last gun or high pg module is offline the rig was required to make the fit work.. but i am wondering why when i login and board my last gun is offline.. i say last gun because thats normaly whats offline the last gun in the row. Any one else experincing This issue?

I have not used rigs yet but I would assume this is due to the game not keeping track of the fact that your ship is rigged; therefore your ship falls short of powergrid to keep all your mods online, and therefore you find an offline module when you reboard the ship.

I actually have the same problem. But in my case the last high slot weapon was a heavy Nosferatu. And just like in your case every time I logged in or hopped on the ship the module would be off. I've gotten used to just switching it back on after I log/hop in.

Yes, getting exactly the same thing happen every time I take out my Mega . Very annoying especially after having warped to a mission before I noticed it was offline.
That said i'm sure CCP was just about to pounce on the issue.

Make sure you log in and bug report it.
I should imagine that as rigs aren't massively widespread yet, they might not recieve many bug reports of this nature and it could slip through the net for a long while.
With forthcoming patches and enough information, it could be fixed quite quickly and prevent others writing "You've addressed 'x' amount of bugs but still the rigs are useless because they offline my.... etcetcetc" when they finally get round to fitting the rigs in question.
