Hello, ive just met with some guys from null sec, they are using sso service for their mumble server authenthification.
So, may i ask question here, if the SSO works at the moment. I tryed to search, but the info is six month old and no mentioning of this guys server. |

The whole thing looks like this:
*server adress* which leads to: _____________________________________________________________________________________ Eve Online SSO
*big button with "login with eve online"*
The ****** Alliance's services use EVE Online's Single Sign On Service. By clicking "LOG IN with EVE Online" you will be redirected to EVE Online, where you will be asked to verify your account credentials with CCP. For more information about this process please visit this CCP Dev Blog.
We are NOT asking for your account information." ________________________________________________________________________________________ the button goes to:
"https://login.eveonline.com........." and standard logging in. Then i got some mumble password
So, its not any kind of scam, or something, which steals my account, right? |

No, as long as it goes to the eve online login page, it is not a scam.

if it redirects you to eveonline.com then no it isn't a scam. if it redirects you to something that looks like eve online but isn't eveonline then it probably is.
if it is a decent sized alliance chances are it is legit, if it is some creepy dude no one has ever heard of that is convoing you out of nowhere saying to log into something again sounds sketchy.
In this case it sounds like it is legit and not a scam. Many groups will protect their voice comms and forums with either an API sign in or now the SSO sign in.
