Greetings citizens, valued allies and other third parties.
Today you have the chance to greatly contribute to science and the overall advencement of the cluster! Now, you may be asking how you could do that, and I have just the answer for you. You are simply required to capture any Sansha Nightmare-class battleship vessel from an incursion site and deliver it to the Propel Dynamics Factory anchored at Sobaseki Planet X, Moon 12 with all of its ship logs and propulsion systems intact. From thereon out, our skilled mechanics and researchers will take it in and you will receive a subsidy of four hundred million Interstellar Credits, authorised for immediate release upon completion of requirements by the State Protectorate.
May the winds guide you to good profits! |

A Sansha nightmare you say, hmmm. Is it just a nightmare you're looking for or would other Sansha vessels and/or equipment also help in this scientific endeavor of yours? |

Unless you manage to drag a Revenant into the Asakai drydock, a Nightmare will have to do. Remember, the data from the ship logs and the engines must be intact! |

I would like to kindly suggest notifying Crimson Serpent Syndicate if you plan to bring anything large like that into Kurala, especially Asakai. We can negotiate a peaceful escort into the area. Otherwise, if you're not a part of the Protectorate or an allied corporation or alliance, it will be seen as a potential act of aggression and could force a hostile response.
That's not even considering the local criminal elements that would take interest. |

Colonel have you considered, alternatively, simply purchasing a Nightmare battleship here in Jita? It seems like it would be a lot less effort than commandeering one from a Sansha Incursion, unless your intentions are to somehow recover some sort of wormhole generator from an active Nation ship. If that is the case, with respect ma'am, you are out of your frakking mind.
Even if a capsuleer DID manage to assume control of a Nightmare Battleship from the frontline there would be no method of gaining control of the ship without the systematic extermination of every Sansha-linked slave onboard and replacing them with a separate trained and capable crew familiar with operating the Nation's technology. Securing the ship alone would require a breach-and-clear of every single passageway, which may take hours assuming that a crewmember doesn't simply activate the self destruct sequence before an assault team can even make their way onboard.
It just doesn't seem possible to me, which I suppose justifies your hefty reward should someone bold, stupid, and lucky enough actually succeed.

As I said, it is critical that the ship has a few of its itineraries intact as they were during the incursion. The reward has also been raised to four hundred and twenty million Interstellar Kredits. |

Who needs to actually commandeer one? As long as propulsion and weapons are disabled and the interior is cleared from the... uh... crew, one can fit into a Bowhead whole and intact.
I'd do it, but I unfortunately can't fly a Bowhead. |

Dr. Peione,
Acquisition of the ship would be the first step in a research towards better jump drives that would make ships reliant on them much more easier and safer to operate, not to mention more mobile. If you are asking whether I'd be withholding my findings from the public, then the answer is no.
I would also like to state that the reward has been increased to fourh hundred and thirty million Interstellar Kredits. Thank you for your cooperation. |

Ah, the Wyvern... That was a specialized crew without the CONCORD-imposed restrictions we capsuleers have on us. We have so many locks on what we can and cannot do or see in regards to ships.
As for this thread, is this just a ploy to buy a cheap Nightmare?

A Nightmare built in a Sansha shipyard, equipped with a True Slave neuronal crew interface that violates several articles of the Yulai Convention, as well as a portable wormhole generator that every large Sansha ship comes equipped with and is more technologcially advanced than anything we currently use that wasn't reporpused from the wormhole civilizations. All fully functional and nearly impossible to obtain short of using a full squad of DUST Infantry to commandeer the ship.
Yep. Just a cheap Nightmare. Nothing short of the price tag of a Super Carrier would suffice to procure such a vessel from the black market. Anyone else claiming to own a ship with these parameters is probably lying with their teeth.
I wish you good luck Colonel. |

No, I'm more referring to the hardwired blocks in our capsules that protect many civilian craft from our view. Or stop us launching border parties. Or hacking into/taking over non-capsuleer vessels. Things like that.

I have one, and even a Echelon, but I'm not suicidal enough to warp those into an incursion. I've run incursions before. **** that noise, not suiciding my crew.

You don't need to warp it into an incursion.
Conversely, you don't need a crew either, but that's a different topic. |

Many frigates still house one or two small crew members. I have replaced most of mine with drones of my design by this point, but the Echelon, being a ship I'm not familiar with, I'm not sure I'd trust to drones instead of crew.

Perhaps you should do more research into what makes us who we are, given our camera drones only show us what they're allowed to show us.
I still haven't found a way t ocomplete the offer. Perhaps Diana can, since she's so far above me intellectually.
