I am trying to create a support ticket from the following page:
https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us
However, when I click 'Sign In' at the top it takes me to the following 404:

This turned out to be an unexpected fallout from the SSO issues we had earlier today but it's been resolved now so you should be able to log in normally.
Thanks for the heads up mate and fly safe. o7

I still get "unexpected error" when attempting to login to any account management pages.
Is it under maintenance again?
The message is:
An unexpected error occurred
An unexpected error has occurred, please try pressing your browsers back button and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.
and I'm redirected to this URL:
https://secure.eveonline.com/Error.htm?aspxerrorpath=/SSOLogin/ssocallback.aspx
FWIW, it happens when attempting to change password without yet having logged in. |

Another unfortunate collateral damage caused by the emergency rollback of the SSO updates from yesterday. This has been fixed now and should work as expected.
Thanks for pinging us about this however and do poke back if you find some other oddities still lying around.
Fly safe mate. o7

Same issue with evegate described by others above; no access, error page.
Was able to log through incognito browser page to post here.
Would be happy to hear of a fix, or timeline for anticipated restoration.
Thanks! |
