Quote:Information passed to the Scope by an anonymous source has revealed that an ongoing Sisters of EVE presence in key Drifter-occupied wormhole systems is aimed at researching Drifter technology and behavior. The material, in the form of reports made by research teams to the SOE's Sanctuary research organization, discusses Drifter technology in various fields at length and often contains notes expressing concern, urgency and even alarm as to the nature and scope of the evidence gathered.
More here. Surprising noone. I very much doubt the Sisters were on pleasure cruise, after all.

I wonder what those SOE goody two shoes are up to. What nefarious deeds their evil sorority have in store. Probably something to rival the SOCT's Skill Extractors in the field of neuro-enhancers!

I'm not sure there's anything to 'I told you so' about?

Everyone is plotting something. Everyone! You can't jump one system without running into a conspiracy or scheme of some description.

Then it's rather obvious the SSOE are looking to discover how the Drifters manage to melt Amarrian steel beams with such ease.

Previous thread. I'd replied to your post in part, saying:
Sinjin Mokk wrote: Five, almost six years ago, I watched as Sansha Kuvakei kidnapped millions of innocents across the galaxy and CONCORD and the SoE for all their talk of being peacemakers and defenders did nothing. Now, when faced with an even bigger threat, a near-alien presence that has the theoretical capability to end us, I see history repeating itself. CONCORD and the SoE are withholding information that could prove vital to ending the Drifter threat now, before it blossoms into something we have no chance of beating. If we start doing the same, if we sit by paralyzed by inaction as many of or governments do, if we put our faith in corruption that is CONCORD and the SoE, we may lose everything.
It fits.

To be more accurate, tungsten carbide with steel plating reinforcement.
Though really, there's alot about the Drifters we do not know and SSOE is right to be curious enough to go poking around the Drifter hives.

Usually, the phrase 'I told you so' is spoken when someone else's statement is clearly in error, and yours correct.
In that instance, you were advocating providing tactical data to Nauplius on the Sisters, because the Sisters were presumably studying the Drifters (as has now been confirmed). This was not actionable intelligence against the Drifters, despite your moralizing about how morality didn't apply because of an existential threat, and would have provided absolutely no positive result in our efforts against the Vigilant Tyrannos.
Please note that I do not disagree that we would benefit from the Sisters providing us intelligence. Clearly, they are studying the Drifters, and have indeed been studying the Sleepers in a concerted way given their clearly long-term presence in Thera. However, we have difficulty eliciting a response from CONCORD, and the Sisters are even less beholden to us. While I will be working to expand our petition to include the Sisters of EVE and Sanctuary, none of us should hold our breath.
That said, clearly we are not paralyzed by the apparent inaction of those in charge.

Edit; Oh! I just noticed. Angelis Exploration? Did the colonization venture not pan out?
My sincerest apologies for the syntax Ms. Priano,
I was referring to the people who have misguided faith in the integrity of CONCORD and the SSOE, not you specifically.
I agree that CONCORD and the SSOE are not being entirely forthcoming with the intel they've collected. And we've seen them do this before. How long did it take them to build those stations in Thera? How long were they there before Thera's existence became common knowledge?
I don't think "those in charge" are being inactive. I'm certain they're being very active. They're just not advertising their actions.
And no, while I still love Khanid and while we made a good foundation there, I felt it was time to branch out into other business ventures.Look at how much exploration has changed the face of our Galaxy this past decade. There are many more new suns out there. New worlds. And plenty of answers to our questions.

What does an amnesiac former Holder have anything to do with this?
And far as I know, there are no links whatsoever between Amarrian Holders and the SOE.
Are you currently wearing a tinfoil hat?
