Ok I think this is needed now that its been a couple months since the release of Revelations. The thread listed in the sticky is not too great so I think its time for a new one. What set up do you use to run level 4 missions now post patch, including rigs and drones?

1 x XL shield booster (T2 cause you will need it)
3 x active hardeners (t2 if you can, named if not)
1 x sensor booster (any)
1 x cap recharger (barton)
2 x bcs (T1)
3 x pds (T1)
5 x wasp I
5 x hobgoblin I
That looks pretty cheap to me. Might not work of course, but hey.

6x Cruise - Best you can afford (I will often swap for 6x Siege for BS heavy missions)
2x Whatever - If you are nearing t2 med drones, then you don't really need the rails. NOS for extra cap (yes, it helps) or maybe a drone augmenter thingy.
1x XL Booster II
3x Rat Specific Hardners (Usually I did 1x Invuln, 2x Rat Specific, or 2x Invuln + EM for Omni)
1x Best Cap Recharge
1x Whatever (Another Cap Recharge is good, maybe a sensor booster if you feel you need it)
Any combo of lows you can fit - PDC II's and BCS II's, or regs if you can't afford.
Cap Rigs
Rat Specific Drones
The main thing to keep T2 here IMO is the XL Booster II. With that, decent cap skills, 1-2x rechargers, and rigs, you can almost run it indefinitely.
Might get pricey w/ all the T2 I listed :D but if you can't afford, start with an XL II and start upgrading the rest from there as you earn money frmo missions.

This is the fitting i used when i started l4's not too long ago
6 Arby cruise (or best named you can afford)
1 large nos
1 medium nos (fit 2 mediums if the large wont fit, eventualy you want to fit 2 large best named t1)
1 X-l T2 Sheild booster (this isnt a must, but YOU REALLY want one, makes life alot easier)
1 t1 shield boost amplifier
4 rat specific hardeners (start with named t1, and slowly replace with cheap faction and t2)
3 pdu t2
2 bcu t2 (if you can only afford t2 bcu's or pdu's, get the pdu's first after a t2 xl)
Very vanilla, but it gets teh job done. Fit a few capacitor regen rigs (2 or 3) and you should be able to do most l4's, except a few crazy hard ones you should just turn down anyway
edit: eventually you will be almost able to run that x-l for more than 50% of teh time (once you get two large nos), and for most missions you wont need the extra pdu, so you can fit an extra bcu for speed)
DONT DISSMISS the heavy nos, it can, and will, save your behind on harder missions when the aggro doesnt go your way, but eventually you will be able to spend 100 mil or so getting a set of cheap faction items (think gist c-type hardeners and the like), which are t2 equivilents or slightly better but have lower fittings requirements, this is how you can get two heavy nos on a t2'd out raven, and with best named, you will suck 20 cap per second at 25km, which represents about 30-40% of my total cap (which is life  ) on a raven with 3 t2 pdu, almost perfect cap skills, and 2 cap rigs.
