I know you can add rapid/efficient assembly arrays to a high sec pos but i want to make sure that the material and time multipliers are not affected in high sec. I am particulary interesed in the rapid array with 0.65 time / 1.2 material modifier.
Did there not used to be another assembly array with a lower material modifier than 1 with a 1.2 time modifier? I swear i saw one in the past and cannot find it anymore.
Also, are there any restrictions to the size of the pos in relation to the sec status of the system? I would like to setup a large if possible and would like to place it in a .5 so i dont have to ***** missions for the rest of my life.

No, the multipliers are not affected by the sec of the system, and you can anchor any size POS, the charter requirements are the same for all three sizes.
As for the assembly array, I dont know of anything like that ------

Have another question, what happens to your bpos that are copying in the pos, those that you installed in the npc station, if your pos is attacked in high sec (even possible?).
If the labs get destroyed do you simply lose the current copy run and your bpos pop out in the station, or are is there a risk of losing the bpos even though you installed them in the station?

BPOs present int the mobile lab itself will be destroyed upon destruction of the mobile lab as part of a POS assault.
BPOs in an npc station that are remotely researching, copying, or manufacturing will re-appear in the npc station as if the job they were doing was cancelled.
Hi-sec POS are supposedly defended by CONCORD, but I have not tested this personally.
