Has anyone else noticed this? as soon as the prophecy goes under 80% structure a jet of flame about twice the size of the actual ship erupts from th undercairage. It looks like they put a bs/dred sized flame there by mistake...

Best freaking thing about flying a prophecy. :)
Its huge.
All ship flame animations should be this large.

I like the insane fire trail, when stationary the ship turns into a mini sun.

My favourite thing in the Prophecy is to -warp- while that fire animation is going.
My video card doesn't stop processing the fire, so it turns into a massive, solid beam of light, and when I come out of warp it flares for some reason.
For just a second, the fireball is the size of a station. :D

Oh man. The first time one of my ships caught fire, it was the Proph. Truly spectacular as it started just as I warped out. I always thought since that it was my imagination that it almost disappears in flames. But no, roast chicken indeed.
Although "ah **** how do I put this out before it explodes" was spoiling the moment a bit. (Yeah, yeah, I know NOW, but....) |

The Absolution sure does, watch THIS video by FraXy to see it in all its flaming majesty!

Sweet, the new space Rage, Flying ships on fire, everyone has to do it now, or at least keep one ship in hanger that is setup with appropriate damage.
