I noticed a little bit of framerate stutter on login over the past few days.
Upon logging in my two clients 20 minutes ago, I got consistent 2-3 fps on both of them. One of my clients I could not even get a ship HUD.
I checked my GPU against other games and there is no problem.
I googled and this happened to people before, back during Odyssey.
I don't even have a question about how to fix this.
I'm just here to complain about it.
Also, CCP thanks for nerfing half the ships in the game, breaking all of my fittings, devaluing everything on the market, and for shitting all over wormholes
I hope I don't meet the worm that creates the holes, -ámust be immortal.

It's important to remember that the SharedCache is not the same as the cache folder that gets reset when you "clear your cache". These are two separate directories. The regular cache folder is the substantially smaller one, where as the SharedCache is the folder that sits at around 13GB in what ever location you set in the login options under "Download".
When clearing cache, you can do so as JFKen Imperia pointed out in game or through the launcher options under "Advanced" or "Game", being careful not to accidentally clear your settings folder by mistake (the launcher should create a backup when you do just in case, you just have to find it and rename it to fix that, but if I were you I'd keep my own). This is what CCP tends to recommend you clear once and a while so it doesn't cause problems as well as when something goes wrong in game so as to rule it out.
Taking care of SharedCache is done by either going the long way by deleting the whole folder and letting the launcher redownload the entire thing from scratch, or the recommended process by using the "rescache.exe" file to verify the contents of the SharedCache folder. You can also later run rescache with a shortcut with the command "purge" (outside of the quotation marks, add a space and then the word purge) added to the end of the target line to have rescache clear out excess or obsolete files so the SharedCache doesn't eventually suffer file bloating.

Citadels access issue use case:
Unable to granularly set access controls to members who can Assume Control - to limit their ability to pull ammo, offline modules. Confirmed users cannot unfit modules when they are Member or Manager. Only Admin can refit the Citadel, which is very limiting.
For example, there is no way to prevent a rogue user who has access to Assume Control from taking offline all of the guns and defensive modules right before the Citadel enters vulnerability window. Once the Citadel is in vulnerability and is being shot at, my understanding is they cannot re-online the defenses.
Also, confirmed a regular Member or Manager access who can assume control can pull all of the fuel out and disable all services. This shouldn't be possible.
We need granular permissions to Online modules, Offline modules, Refit , Reload ammo. The 3 tiers of levels for Member, Manager, Admin is not good enough.
Reviewed these docs to see if there was a way to do this:

My machine now runs terrible with 2 clients running. I used to never have an issue with 2 clients, an out of game browser, EFT, winamp, etc rolling. Now once I fire up a 2nd client I get terrible lag and jitteriness with everything, in-game and out.
I have a quad-core processor, 8gb ram and a 4gb vid card with eve on med settings. Worked great before Citadel.

It seems that if you illegally aggress on a gate (drawing gate gun aggro) and then warp to another gate, the guns at the gate that you warped to will continue shooting you. This happens even if the new gate is not on the same grid as the old one. |

hi there, ok its patch day... since patch today, 6.may, my wallet and journal in the E menu left, does not blink anymore. if something happens there. wallet doesnt blink at market activities, buy/sell thingis, or mission reward or bounty came in. nothing blink/happens. all blink hooks are set "on". at the journal the same. does not blink when accept or finish a mission, or so.

When a buy order is canceled the market window does not refresh. The order is canceled and isk is credited to wallet so it appears to be visual only.

The Roque Drone Carrier is insta popping and locking miningships and cruiser/frigates in a belt without giving players the ability to warp out.
It should be possible to warp out atleast, cause you cant call in help in time.
I hope this is a bug, i appreciate noob/afk filter but not youre now dead filter by NPCs.
A Fix would be greatly appreciated.

Couple more issues.
All of my windows stay at the snap distance away from the edge of my screen so i can see brackets that are not in my FOV
Since patch, certain windows, like the overview on this character, snaps to the edge of screen forcing me to unpin it, and move it a slight distance back to where it belongs.
Another issue is, after restart, my messages popup has gone back to default position. My damage notification scroll stays where its supposed to, but the other popup seems to go back to the top middle of the screen, over my chat windows. |

My out-of-corp alt now has Admin rights on my Citadel - she's been on the list since I deployed it but wasn't getting access properly. So this is a good thing.
Just tested blocking access to people who are already docked. The offending party is properly prevented from docking up again once they exit the Citadel, but they are still given Tether until they either voluntarily drop it (IE aggro) or leave the Citadel's effect radius, at which point they will not pick up Tether again unless they are unblocked before getting back into range (and/or no longer aggressing). So that's an issue as it means unwanted parties can remain invuln long enough to get away in the long run (yes, I know, bubbles, but an agile hostile can avoid those easily on even an Astrahus), since Tether is retained through the run-up to warp. |

There is a thread somewhere that the base values had been changed... but as I have a "follow" on so many citadel related threads, I have no idea where it was. Maybe try the weekly overviews.

Every time I dock, I work with my inventory and / or ship bay as a separate open container, being a trader / shipper I need my inventory every time I dock.
Since citadel release, they don't persist any longer in staying open.
But since its not regular occurrence, I report it now, since I really get annoyed by it.
I hoped they just had been reset by the patch, seems not.

The Radial Menu contains the Approach option, which does not work on planets or any celestial if you are on their main grid because it's too far away and I "should try too get closer".
