But after a few seconds it stops loading and nothing changes - The game is still not opening.
I tried Verify files and delete TQ folder.
Please Advice. |

Launcher doesn't start the game.
The thin blue bar under the name of the selected account seems flashing, but then it stops and nothing happens. Game is starting with the exefile.exe, but in that case all of my settings are gone.
Already deleted the server folders, verified the files, restarted the client and the PC, but no success ast all. Launcher does nothing. |

I'm getting this too. And opening via the exefile is showing "Unable to connect to tranquility.servers.eveonline.com port 26000".

Hello, I did it. After launcher restart, I'm able to run 'Verify' on shared cache window... But currently client don't start anymore :). LogLite has only 1 line with message: error: Uncaught TypeError: n.indexOf is not a function 1 https://launcher.eveonline.com/1.986/bundles/jquery00a8.js?v=g9qT4oLPzXnQsCqtx-I2HfL5eKZBbonImH1lkTY6IRc1

Reporting the same issues, even hear my HD spinning up than the play button changes back to a play icon and all gets quiet.

Actually, I just tried using the old launcher and that worked fine :) I'm in!

Having issues as well with logging in.
After entering my account info, I hit play and the client didnt load.
NOTE: A FIX HAS BEEN FOUND:
In the top right corner of the launcher, there is a Recycle insignia underneath the minimize button that says "An update is available" or some rubbish.
Click it. and it fixes your outdated launcher number. |

Hello, I have a same trouble - cannot login to EVE. The same thing like others:
When I click the "Play" Icon, it changes to the "Square" Icon and the "Blue Light" starts moving underneath the account name - As it would normally.
But after a few seconds it stops loading and nothing changes - The game is still not opening.
I tried Verify files and delete TQ folder.
Is there a way to open the game but not through the launcher? I know that used to be possible in the past somehow....

Regarding issues with launching the client:
In the lower right corner of the launcher, you should see version numbers for the launcher: Launcher: 1045952.1988
If the last for digits are not 1988, you should either restart the launcher, or go to the little e-dropdown in the top right corner and select 'Refresh'. That should get you up the the latest version and fix the issue.

No update button on my launcher, it is showing GUI 1.988 and only way to get on is the play on tranquility route, refresh didnt work either.

Bug found:
Incomming Gate flashes only for the first ship comming through. After that only outgoing ships makes the gate flash.
You need to either dock up or jump out and back in to see a new incomming gate flash. And even then its only once tll you refresh by docking/jumping.
If you warp off (off grid) and warp back you will not refresh it either.
Does not matter if the (non-)flashes are generated by neutrals / blues / purples
Tested it with about 6 of our guyz all (not) seeing this effect. Tested on Different gates in different systems.

This update is a complete disaster, period.
Can't turn off the damn docking & ship change animation. (Who came up with that crap?)
Wallet update = nice but does not work with corp wallet! (Not implemented yet, why release it?)
Removed daily hunt for skill points without MOTD note? (Now it's in the MOTD, but it wasn't before; you changed the MOTD AFTER THE FACT of removal.) You took my daily cookie away, not happy.
Launcher is broken and took me 25 minutes to fix with the MANUAL launcher update. Update your game & launcher automatically, period. Do I have to be computer technician to play EVE?
Promised Serpentis SCOPE, but your stuff was not ready. I don't even want to imagine how screwed up that was. Maybe you TEST more and play less during work hours!
Why can't I disable the station environment altogether? I don't want it.
Why can't I disable the captain quarter any more? I don't need it.
Cannot find ANYTHING about upcoming mining barge changes in forum except it's coming. Where is the info of the coming changes of barges?
I am very annoyed about EVE right now. Not the fun I expected, really. I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you come up with FREE SKILL POINTS for this disaster.
