Probably a terrible idea for many reasons. Perhaps i'm suffering from heat stroke. And yet.... -
Suggestion: Polarized Cyno fields
The "Polarized" variable opens the door to horrific nerfs applied to ships using or traveling via polarized portals around high-sec with sub capital ships.

Permit the jumping of ships to it in highsec. Black Ops for instance, or JF. Both of which travel HS and are jump capable in other environments.
eg. Jump JF from HS system to HS system. Or Blops ship from HS to HS system.
Caveat: - horrific nerfs for ships activating or traveling via such a portal |

Basically looking for a way to safely move capitals from point A to Point B by using High Sec as a shortcut? I imagine the nerf you are thinking of would prevent the capital from doing anything other than jumping back out?
Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

So far it almost seems like he is more interested in a massive nerf to Jump Freighters to make them easier to kill than he is in any kind of usage of the cynosural fields into high sec. So my guess would be he wants to suicide gank some shiny ships |

Since Cyno is only permissible in low/null, the only polarization I can think of in high sec is... Stars. Making system stars polarized could act as a portal in high sec to other polarized stars spawning around the map. Drawbacks could include increased fuel consumption to activate the star, time or mass depolarization constraints and limitations to range. That way stars get to have a use in the game and cyno mechanics remain as is.

Get out of direct sunlight, sit down in a shady corner and dring some water
Not ice cold water mind, that might shock your system, room temperature is fine at first.
Dont go to sleep or be left alone, keep someone near till you come to your senses ,
Then show them this idea so they may slap you back silly again for thinking blopsing in high sec could be balanced.

Horrible nerf would be criminal timer for 30 minutes, and not being able to dock while the criminal timer is active for any ship using this cyno or bridge point. Also Concord would be alerted to your illicit activity in high sec and would respond appropriately by arriving on scene and looking to decimate anything still on scene. |

This is about the conflict between the unmovable object (NO CYNOS IN HS SPACE) and the irresistible force (MUST CHANGE EVERYTHING).

Nope. A battleship that comes through on a cyno can easily move off grid, just no docking for you. You want an easy way into high sec, but there is no current mechanic. I offered suggestions on how to make CCP think about it. You can't just have a cyno into high sec without any risk. |

One nerf would be that the ship could only use the Polarized Beacon once every 24 hours with a special to reduce that wait time by 2 hours per skill level with each skill level taking up to three months to learn at level five. |

Jump to empty system, or system that have your pos. Have webbing interceptor in the fleet. Jump in start warping to a tower, warp interceptor, web - be away in less than a cycle of combat probes.
