Well, "Manufacturing" is mostly courier, and a little bit of mining missions, "Internal Security" is mostly npc(though I don't know very well, I've only done a few missions) and courier.. I don't know what others are - My hair is ugly.. |

I'm working for the production department. And it's nothing exiting. Courier missions. Get this and that etc. One of the old emissary kill missions too since the patch.

i'm working for internal security, but have only had one kill mission and loads of courier and the odd mining, so have no idea what the difference is between the departments.

Working for Surveilance (sp) Its all kill missions with the occasional ally supply run.
Best rat so far 62.5K didnt half go thru my wasps
I think I need to move my BS closer, a Thorax can only take so much from 3-5 missile spamming NPCs

Yeah, a breakdown or explanation of some sort would be nice. I get the eery feeling that agents in the Public Relations or Human Resources Divisions might give better faction standing......

Based on my experience after patch:
Internal Security in Navy corps gives out kill missions most of the time. So far its 100% kill missions.
Manufacture Division for regular corps are mixed, 60% courier and 40% kill missions.

Justice department. Legal seems to be mostly kill missions with some supply runs. I suspect intelligence is the same and the other departments are fed ex, but I could be wrong.

Command in a Navy corp is almost exclusively kill missions, so their Security agents are not the only option for would-be psychopaths.

Personel and archive seem to be for me a mix of most things, rewards seem to be materials and cash...

I would strongly assume that the rewards/skills are distributed pretty equally regardless of division. I've had a research skillbook from my Command (kill-missions-only) agent, who has nothing at all to do with science, for example.

Edited by: Ronyo Dae'Loki on 19/12/2003 20:02:42 I've been doing missions for a level 3 Production agent from Duvolle Labs and she gives me almost entirely Fed-Ex missions.
She did give me one kill mission, but hasn't since.
(I've done about 20 missions for her so far)
As for rewards, she's given me two of the science skills (Electromagnetic Physics and Nanite Engineering) and a lot of the tools and components needed for manufacturing tech II stuff. ------------- My salsa makes all the pretty girls want to dance and take off their underpants. I <3 ( . Y . ) |

I think it was stated that, for now, it's corp based not agent based, so a security corp will give you lots of destroy missions even if you have an administration agent. A security agent for a Mineral Corp will give you lots of mineral aquisition missions, etc, etc...
the research corps' agents seem to give out a wide swath of missions...

ok i have a question for the ppl who are doing hte combat ones...
what ship do you need to do it... i mean frig/cruiser/BS??
also how hard were some npc's?
another one... how are the missions? do you have to kill the npc's in X time like other missions
now the big one... is there time bonus rewards? because thats kind of not fair its not a fed ex thing you might kill them faster or slower? but i mean do you have those stupid 20-30min time bonus?
or just a normal bonus or reward because you did that mission? support Idea: QuickInfo an alternative to ShowInfo
