1. Your corporation and alliance identifiers must be showing to post in this thread.


2. This thread is *only* for posts from mapmakers and from authorised alliance diplomats stating changes that they believe should be made to the maps.


3. Only one diplomat from each alliance may post here.


4. If you disagree with the map maker's decisions, contact a representative of your alliance and have them contact the map maker via eve mail or similar. If the situation can not be solved with a discussion between the contesting alliances and the map maker you can contact the moderator team and ask them to mediate.

Further more if this were the case for all alliances Privateers could claim Jita for themselves. So please map makers listen to my plea's fix your maps. Also in reference to the united legion guys map, Xelas Alliance do not lay claim to fountain, its bobs space, we just live there.

Id like to point out the new maps points, not Josh's biased maps, they show facts on who lives/defends it, not who says *we claim it*, it doesnt matter if bob say they own fountain, Xelas live and defend the area. Josh's maps have become more and more biased. It's about time these two other makers got real maps with real facts, not bob properganda

Actually your pleas will be ignored for the UNL map because its completely automated based on ingame sov, so if you want it marked as BoB space get them to start spamming POSes

Only about 7 systems in the core but ya those 7 systems should be not shown. Venal is all NPC owned so no one should own it.

You could argue that the Goon / Josh maps are political, and not about technical sovereignty. If a group can genuinely be said to control an area and it's population, they can be said to be in political control, regardless of whose name is in the corner.

The map that shows straight technical sovereignty is Paladin's influence map. Conversely, it doesn't care less who has political power, only technical sovereignty- hence why Xelas and FIX show up, despite not claiming any sort of political ownership.

Different maps for different jobs

Of course if you're claiming that, for example, CA does not have political control over Great Wildlands, as someone contests it, then the map makers can add their "contest" markers. I'm sure thats the choice of whoever lives ther, though, and not any of us.

Last update was on the 17th of April actually, however i cant update the original post so the date there is incorrect.

Current updating is delayed a bit because I'm drowning in a project deadline.
