Hey there, i don't know if you're aware of the mods for Silent Hunter. if not you should visit Subsim, there are tons of Mods for Silent Hunter IV and the other games of the Silent Hunter Series available. I also still play it (heavily modded tho').
Sadly i don't have the time anymore to fly my trusty Albatros D.IIIa in Rise of Flight-¦.
Let me say it this way.

Fallout (3, NV and 4), as well as TES (mostly skyrim). Also play Far Cry 3 and 4, Civ 5 (eagerly awaiting 6), and sometimes i break out the Sims for relaxation playing. tbh, it's been 90% FO4 since last November, tho.

How can you be eagerly awaiting Civ6 have you seen the state of the graphics? It's clearly made to be a mobile game or something. tbh I was the same when Civ5 came out, I didn't touch it until G&K and BNW had both been released and the whole lot was on sale on steam for 10 quid because I didn't like the way they had changed the gameplay, but since then I've spent 800+ hours in it.
However Civ 6 I don't think I'll be able to warm to. |

I recently went back and played all the Mass Effect games including ME3 with all the DLC and I really liked it, Leviathan was some great DLC, and the Citadel missions were really hard, I was a vanguard shep facing another vanguard shep on hard and I had to turn down the difficulty to beat him. |

A man was reminded of Cthulhu when playing the Leviathan DLC, it was fantastic. A man also forgives you for playing Vanguard Adept Master Race hehe
Edit: Perhaps a man is overthinking a thing, but that was a joke . A man has experienced all classes through ME3 multiplayer and thinks every one is good |

I don't gaf about the graphics in a Civ game, who plays them for the graphics? I play Civ games for the gameplay and after the letdown that was Beyond Earth, I'm just glad they've gone back to the previous style and yeah, I'm very much looking forward to playing it, especially after watching a bunch of youtube videos of pre release plays.

Just started Mount and Blade: Viking Invasion. It's regular M&B, but with a scripted storyline you follow. Pretty good so far.

All the flight Sims.
DCS; which has the best helicopter flight model I have ever seen in a sim. <3 the Mi-8 Hip. Also the Sabre and MIG-15 are fantastic. I more or less just enjoy flying these birds for the sheer joy of flying rather than just combat. It's also a great VR title.
Falcon BMS; for my viper flying fix.
Elite: Dangerous
Kerbal space program with the new update. The stock integrated remote tech is awesome.
World of warships until it made me rage quit.
And GASP... Star Citizen. Trying my best to break it to get the silliest bugs imaginable. Also being an ******* ramming everything along with eva'ing and shooting people with a sniper rifle that are doing the little mission things.

Used to play the MMO's of EQ, EQ2, Vanguard, LoTRO, D&DO, WoW until the Wrath Babies happened, Age of Conan (bewbs, that's all it had going for it), City of Heroes/Villains, and about 12 hours of UO before I ragequit out of hating the interface.
MMO's now? Eve, Elite: Dangerous, Aion, Entropia.
Consoles or handheld games, Luvs me some Zelda, Final Fantasy (except 8 grrr), Harvest Moon, Castlevania, Wizardry, Eternal Darkness and Dragon Warrior/Quest amongst others
Single player PC games is the short list. The Sims. Sim City. Sim Earth, Sim Ant.... umm. Yeah. If Maxis released it odds are I've given it more than a few days of my life.

Eve... Really is the only game I play.
I like to play Arma 3 (more Milsim to be honest, with mods like RHS, ACRE, ACE etc), Payday 2 and the STALKER Series here and there, but Eve takes up waaay more of my time.\
I used to play DCS some, I have a decent amount of modules. I also used to play a ton of WarThunder and World of Warships but kinda stopped because they got less and less fun as I got involved with the community.

There was another MMO I played a lot until the character's story line became way too silly. (Is there really a place for "the last great hero" in an MMO?). I've played a little of Path of Exile as an antidote to that. |

Vietnam 65 It's simple and easy to learn, as wargames go, but pretty addictive. Basically, as the U.S. army player you have to send units to visit villages and keep Viet Cong from influencing them. The problem is, you don't have enough units, so you have to keep moving them around and supplying them using helicopters. Whack a Mole vs. Viet Cong, kind of. Pretty good, and just $9.99.

I love playing ZX Spectrum games on the laptop. Superb resource at World of Spectrum..
EVE is the best mmo though, game and community are (mostly) fantastic.
