Completed the mission Enemies abound (part 1) the other day. All the usual ships were there, however they did not drop the usual amount of tags. Some one might want to look into that.
I love the Leopard ! It is excellent for flying to and from my various mission running bases. I have Tengu's stationed at all of them and just fly the Leopard between them. For a 15 jump trip takes me 6mins. Outstanding! |

Course it's also a primary target for hi-sec gankers due to being an expensive and unique shuttle, a special release ship gifted to the playerbase in 2013 Christmas holiday by the "Yule Lads".

- rng can be brutal, if drop is calculated individually there is a small chance nothing will drop in the whole room.

In my experience, the tags are not guaranteed and your total loot may vary. For the tags in EA, the general amounts tend to be similar from case to case, but if the numbers are wildly different from previous runs, then that could be a bug. Next time you run the mission, take note of which tags came from which rat (pretty sure the wrecks have the rats' names in them). That could help identify dependencies in the loot tables if there is one. As always, RNG will play a factor.
"Tomahawks?"
"----in' A, right?"
"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."
"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

The Faction NPC tag drops aren't random. However you are correct to say that complaining about it on a foru post achieves nothing.
If it was an isolated incident, then it's more likely that some tags were simply missed, or possibly miscounted or even ninja'd.
