On the off-chance that you are genuinely asking and not the "crusader" that has been squalling over the in-gram browser's removal...
- The in-game browser was a security risk for players as it had no (or extremely outdated) security features.
- It took up precious developer time and resources which are better spent elsewhere (especially since keeping a browser up to date is pretty much a "full time" deal... and players tended to use actual browsers that were better in every way).
- this has been a LONG time coming. The removal of the in-game browser was announced earlier this year.

I miss the browser too, Mainly used it for dotlan setting destinations and siggy. It being gone has revised a bit in how i travel and explore but not to the point of frustration. Everything changes. It isnt comming back. You need a second monitor or TV. You'll get used to it.
Skill books are seeded by Schools. There is only a monopoly if you aren't willing to travel. Widen your range of looking for stuff. Not everything can be found in one region.
Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

It has _every_ item on the market on it. So you can find anything that's seeded. (seeds have durations > 90 days)
And the IGB won't be returning. It was hideously out of date, with a few security holes (perfectly capable of crashing Eve if exploited)
Keeping it up to date would be a mammoth task, requiring regular work from CCP. So they delegated that to people like Google and Mozilla.

This is very handy, even more so if you have a large resolution screen.
EvE is hard. It's harder if you're stupid.
I couldn't have said it better.
