Every day I see more and more killright-scamers in high-sec, what is CCP supposed to do? Nothing? Really?
Here some suggestions:
1) If someone put ISK on a KR should pay each time directly a tax for it, maybe 25% 2) An activated KR schould prevent jumping between gates! 3) A pilot with kr on him for isk and loitering longer as 2 minutes at a gate or up to 300 km nearby should decrease kr-fee, maybe 1 mil each more minute? 4) Max 50 mio isk for a KR - does a kr for about 1 bil isk make sense? 5) kr-information system like the bounty-info-system
And please all for next pacht. ;-) TY.
Kind regards
Tronicl

Ah killrights and bounty hunting... another much hailed then long forgotten feature.
If you legitimately expect EVE features to be iterated upon you must be far too new here. |

People should have to pay an escalating fee every time they post a Rube Goldbergian "solution" to a non-problem in GD.

Well, it's not like killrights aren't broken, but they do create some form of content, so that's fine even if they don't work as intended. I don't think there's a game-mechanical solution to the issue either - if you want headhunting to work, hire mercs to do the job - they won't care about killrights. Or the other way around, find someone who'd like to hire you and find a way to kill your mark without a killright. No weird backwards game mechanics required. |

Given that they have absolutely no impact on anything beyond what someone deliberately opts into, not really.
