Cancel any further payment to Eve-online by your financial insitition and Label it fraud, select the option to talk to security and explain the issue and they should help you block further charges.
This is my course of action since I can not log in.I have a little bit of time before my sub runs out,its just sad to have to drop eve and look around for something else to waste my time with. |

Can also confirm there are issues with Skill Training/Queues/SP loss/moved.
I had a skill queue which went something like train all remaining medium weapon spec skills to I, train Heavy Assault Cruisers from 0 to 4, train interceptors from III to IV, and then like another 80 days of training after that. I logged in this morning expecting it to be in the early stages of Interceptors IV, and instead it was back on HAC III. Looking at the skill training history it now shows a roughly 4 day gap between finishing Medium Autocannon spec to I and finishing HAC I, which should only be a 30 minute gap. Also, I'm now 2% of the way into Medium Blaster Spec V, which I'm pretty sure is one of the skills that should only have been trained to level 1, so its possible whats happened here is that somehow all the progress I made into HACs got translated into a bunch of SP for Medium Blaster spec. |

On one of my accounts I can see a lovely animated picture at the top of the new character sheet. I can toggle it up and down too, just in case I no longer want to look at my ugly mug. On my other account I have no picture and no arrow to toggle the picture on or off.

After onlining modules (citadels) they doesn enabled, but eating fuel from fuel bay (with proper settings). So service modules is disabled and cannot be enabled (reprocessing). |

The Verification **** is really getting on my nerves here.. The mail from serverside takes around 20 minutes before it arrives, and then its 10 minutes old and invalid.
Change the Verification to give MORE time for freaking SLOW ARSE MAILSERVERS.. or get new HAMSTERS!!!

even worse down there.. at microsofts outlook.live.com i dont receive authentication email at all for 2 days already... **** been pissing of and no response from ccp support of course to.. would expect to get it by 2018 probably same as last response i got 7 months after issue been forgot about. Worst part isthat i got a auth maill when tried to log in test server with no probllems. but when do it for TQ or for website or anything else just - nope. Thanks CCP "Great" job as always during past 2 years! |

Is there a way to
1) turn off the new obnoxious item info window that appears when you hover over an item in your inventory. I do not need to see the skill training needs for every item in my inventory, when ever I mouse-over.
2) Make the dark grey on black pricing information in the said mouse over info window use some other color combination making it easier to read and thus - actually being useful?
My apologies if I missed a setting to do these in the new release somewhere. |

I don't receive the verification mail for 1 (of the 4) accounts. It's just not there. So I can't even start the 2nd factor. Launcher, this forum, acct management pages, all report the same "verification mail has been sent) but it's never delivered to my mailbox. And NO, it's not in my bloody spam folder, it worked 3 times on the other accounts.!!
A few months ago CCP has on my request changed all email addresses to 1 address and I think they made an error on that account.
I have escalated the ticket immediately after their update to post you needed further support but it's 24 hours now, and nothing.
I don't dare to add more to the ticket because I think it will go to the bottom of the queue, but this is my most important character and I can't play.
I'm disappointed, especially since CCP never directly approached us about the 2 factor authentication. I was never aware, I would have expected an email on the accounts.
If I would do this to my customers (implementing 2 factor authenticating without notifying them *properly* ) by dropping an obscure post somewhere on my website I would lose all customers at once.

I just checked EvEMon and found the second to last skill I had trained (Small Pulse Laser Specialization V) shows 1.102.767/768.000 skillpoints. Which amounts to around 5 days of training, exactly the time that has gone missing on my current training skill. Char name = Michelle Devereux
Everyone else who has lost training time should check this out for confirmation, please!

I was so glad to see the patch comin' and after a quick look at the character sheet (very nice btw) I realized that my active skill in the training queue whom was about to be complete (about 1h until completion) has been reset to 4d 5h 43min !!!!!!!!!!!!

My partner cant login to his account that he has had for 4 years.
He cant verify email as its says email address is not supported by eve email provider and so far got no response from eve support tickets.
Is there any live support chat or anything he can do to solve this as to loose access to an account you have put 4 years of your life into is a bit disheartening. |

I have the same issue. Did he use a private email server? (Or a own domain?) Sadly I didn't get any answer our found a solution yet to solve this issue. |
