Lost literally over 30 million skillpoints overnight. Can no longer fly ships that I used to be able to fly.
Posted support ticket but it seems like there hasn't been a fix for this for a while now. |

Wow, 50k SP??? That must be tough. No response to my support ticket either (filed friday). They really should be a lot quicker when it comes to extreme issues like this one. |

Its more accurate to say the points where removed from showing up in game.
Another kicker is even thought the API is showing i have 2mil plus in sp on shield emission systems. In game its saying i only have level 4 trained in that skill. so after they ran that scrip it removed my level 5 in that skill and stopped my skill training because i then had the new skills in my skill q that didn't meet the req to be trained. "So a kicker to this is there other people probably out there with stopped q training because of that script."
Wouldn't surprise me if everyone in the game was effected by this bug. A lot of people may have been screwed out of skill points and don't even know it.
Out of the 4 pilots i had effected by this one was fixed and i didn't even realize he lost skill points till i looked into his sheet. 2 still have skill points over the skill cap of skills and the 4th had his skill points switch to a different skill.
Not true. I lost skillpoints because of this script. A week and a half ago I flew a harpy and died. Now, I no longer have caldari frigate V. Want to explain that?
I did lose skillpoints, possibly 30+ million of them. |

I had Caldari Frigate to 5, for example, now I only have it to 4. That happened on friday. |

So will there be a solution to this HUGE issue? And if so, when? Within a couple of years, maybe?
I have honestly never experienced customer support being THIS slow to respond in ANY other place. This is a serious issue and should have been solved over the weekend, the FIRST weekend that is. |

I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 4 or 5 days AT MOST to get a reply to my support tickets in ANY other game or website. This is a first. How on earth can it take CCP 14 days to fix a HUGE issue like this, or really, just ANY issue?

It has now been 18 days since the "fix script" stole millions of skillpoints from people. It has also been 18 days since I posted my support ticket - still no answer.
What is wrong with you, CCP? Simply undo the mistakes you made and give us back our SP. |
