Hi,
I am trying to transfer a character to another account, but every time I click on the "Pay Now" button it comes up with the following error message:
"We were unable to authorize your payment at this time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information."
This is regardless of the payment type, since I've tried a credit card/ paypal / and also PLEX.
Any help would be appreciated. Life is a game. You either win or you lose.-á |

Make sure you are not logged into the account that you are trying to transfer a character from. |

Just like Princess Capricus said make sure you are not logged on the toon you are trying to transfer. Also make sure you have already transfered the isk paid to the character that you are selling to another toon. The reason for this is because once the transfer has begun the toon being sold will go into a stasis period of 10 hours. The stasis period of 10 hours begins the moment your payment for CHARACTER TRANSFER has gone through and you will not be able to log into that toon at all. Make sure all you assets has been moved out of that character before you initiate character transfer payment. I hope this helps. |

I have just had this issue resolved and it was because I did not have the character in a NPC corp before transferring the character. So make sure the character is in a NPC corp before attempting the transfer otherwise you get the CC decline message. |

I have this same issue occurring, regardless of payment option chosen.
I am not logged in to eve at all and the toon is already in an NPC corp.

I am having this issue as well. I am in NPC corp, Isk was removed, and I paused training to see if that would fix it but nothing has helped so far. |

me too. But, I solved the problem the other day. A message (We were unable to authorize...) is displayed also when business contacts are mistaken in the tranfer account ID.
You too check ID. |
