It's been 2 weeks now waiting on customer service to respond to my tickets. Replied numerous times still no response. Is there something wrong or something I need to do to speed it up? I'm growing very anxious about this. I understand the influx of players but 2 weeks no response is quite a long time...
Can any GM please help me here. I don't know what else to do. |

GMs are being hit pretty hard right now what with the influx of alpha clones and due to them (CCP) being absolutely terrible at optimising the roll out of a new security system.
Pretty much the only thing you can do is wait.
At least they've been pretty good handing out free game time when their performance has been sub-par to individual tickets. |

GM's don't respond here. Chances are your ticket needs time to investigate/resolve, I got my reply within 48 hours, which is very fast considering the influx of new players.
Some tickets get resolved quickly, others might need 1+ month. Depends on the situation. Just try to be patient, they haven't forgotten you, it will get answered at some point, as long as it's status is not "closed".
Consider it blinking at GM's all the times until they resolve it. |

I'm not sure but I think every time you reply before they answer you, your tickets gets pushed down to last again.

I just want to reactivate my old accounts. I guess I'll wait another week...then after than I don't know, can't just keep playing this alpha account when I have old accounts with so much assets! and will pay monthly sub for their reactivation. But not this alpha account. |

Really? That's an awful inefficient system, especially if I wanted to add details to the ticket that I may have missed. Can someone confirm this? I must be doing it wrong then all along. |

I think Engage You was being sarcastic though.
Timescale will depend on their workload, which is probably balls to the wall at the moment, and the exact nature of your ticket; some things take longer than others.

I doubt that will get you sent to the back of the line.
There should be a way to edit your support ticket just for that reason, or I'm mistakenly thinking of bug reports. If the later is true, then I apologize ahead of time. Either way, there's only so many working for CCP, but there's a hell of a lot more of us players.

A individual response to your ticket may take time as there is currently a large number of tickets being processed. Opening multiple tickets on the same issues will further delay response times across the board. Please be patient. CCP is aware of the hardship this is causing as everyone wants to enjoy killing internet spaceships and they are doing their best to address everyones tickets in a timely manner.
