Citizens of the State, rejoice!
Exactly five years ago, 30.11.YC113 Caldari system Nennamaila was ruthlessly occupied by Gallente invaders. These oppressors have established there an impenetrable fortress, erecting defenses in the territory that doesn't belong to them, and were saying that it will never fall. It was known as probably the best defended system under Gallente control... until this day.
Because today, 30.11.YC118 glorious Caldari soldiers have finally liberated Nennamaila from five years of Gallente oppression, opening the doors right into gallente backyard - to Placid.
This isn't just another system that has changed hands. This so called "Fortress Nennamaila" was a symbol of Gallente might in Black Rise, and today this symbol was crushed down and torn into pieces.
The liberation of Nennamaila is a glorious and significant day for Caldari State!
Although it isn't time to celebrate yet. There are still fights going on on the planets and colonies to remove gallente democratic governments with defending troops, to reestablish proper meritocratic leadership and command chains. And it will require a lot of time to recover system's economy from five years of stagnation under gallente occupation with their democratic regimes.
The war is going on, but I will ask pilots to help Nennamaila economy to recover, to deliver food, medicine and life support packages until the system will be rebuilt. Even if you don't fight in the war, you can still help Caldari people.
And of course, I would like to say thank you to all pilots of the State who participated in the liberation of Nennamaila. You all have done a great job, and shall be proud of yourselves.
Glory to the State!
Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

After five continuous years of occupation, the civilian situation planetside is... not clear at all. We stand in solidarity with the Caldari who remained steadfastly loyal to the State and who are presently assisting us in the transition, but we must take care to maintain as much tranquility during the takeover as possible. We will extend a merciful hand and show understanding on the part of Gallentean citizens and existing establishments, knowing that the best way to ensure the safety of our own populations in future events of such turmoil is to demonstrate it to the other side.
Hnoklu and gaairagi will be appropriately dealt with by their okusaika as courts and enforcing bodies see fit.
Glory to the State.

Recent history is apparently very hard to understand.
I don't profess to know much about the history of this system before the privateer wars, but as of the start of them, the system was owned by the Gallente Federation, and was taken by the State militia forces on November 16th, YC 110. So framing this in your typical Gallente Oppressor, Caldari Victim narrative is dishonest.
Again, perhaps this system has some long history I am not aware of, I'd like to read on that if you have reliable sources if that is the case. But in terms of recent history, the Gallente owned it first and the Caldari took it, so if it's taken back, that's fair game in this madness, not "oppression".
Only the liberty of the individual assures the prosperity of the whole.
And this foundation must be defended.

Nennamalia, like the rest of Black Rise, was colonized by the megacorporations of the Patriot Bloc. The colonization and development of Ishaga, if I recall correctly, was funded largely by Wiyrkomi. I believe the Galnet tool you linked to track the occupation of the system only goes back to when CONCORD put into action the EMWPA. The Gallente had already invaded well before that.

I'm excited to see the fall of Nennamaila. As a system it was a Forward Operating Base for countless incursions into Caldari Black Rise and a stronghold that I have never seen out of Gallente hands in my career. More than that, though, it was a test bed for many disgusting social experiments as the local FDU corporations tried to drive loyalty to The State from the local inhabitants.
Whilst I rejoice at the change in fortunes that sees the State victorious in this system, I would advise a repatriation of State Loyalists in Nennamaila rather than doomed attempts to establish long-term Caldari governance in the system. How many times have we seen investment in CEWMPA systems wasted as occupying forces tear down the infrastructure projects and ship the materials into Gallente territory when the system inevitably changes hands?
Still, glory to the forces of the State Protecorate! Strike Commander Kim is right - this is no ordinary exchange of control.
For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead

When gallente have nothing to object us with or to counter us on the battlefield, they resort to such deliberate tactics. But in the end, they just hurt themselves with this sort of delusions.
First, numbers signifying years in that "document" aren't real. Though it could be seen that days and months, and even difference in years are correct, the numerical designation of the year is... not right. After a short research I have found that this method of measuring years is widely used by demented capsule pilots, who imagine themselves not real and just "playing a game". This makes us to question Mr. Galente's ability to perceive the reality.
And second, of course you right, Ms. Khaborik. It has been only eight years since the war has started and Black Rise was opened to the public, and it is a mystery for me how someone like Mr. Galente couldn't know that Black Rise was actually colonized by Caldari first, and not Gallente. And thus here comes a question, is he really ignorant to such degree, or was he deliberately lying just to say something against us?..

A war for independence is not a dinner party, or painting a picture. It's not so refined or gentle that it can be done without violence. They are not celebrating the violence...they are celebrating the victory, which for perhaps a brief moment lessens the violence you seem to dislike so much.

If results of lasting value to the State are so hard to achieve is it so hard to understand a focus on shared and personal pride in performance?
Besides that, liberation of the locals was, doubtless very much on the minds of those involved.

The obvious is dangling right in front of you and you refuse to see it.
Have you perhaps considered the possibility that the endless proxy wars are what give us a sour taste of our home nations? The fact that they show absolutely no progress in stopping after years of endless profiteering from the blood of millions with the lives of billions hanging in the balance, all as if it's some sort of business strategy or game. That doesn't bother you enough to say "**** this entire model of society"? Well it does for us, and that's why you're seeing the pattern you're seeing. Not because we're bad evil meanies who just don't care. Have you considered that we hate the imperial wars, not our nation?
