The release 118.10 has been deployed on December 13. Please use this thread for general feedback.
The 118.10 release brings a number of features and fixes, including further station exterior renovations, a defender missile system overhaul, further iteration on Inception (the first stage of the New Player Experience), as well as improvements to the interface for in game flight academy videos and additional iteration on NPC mining operations.
The full details of all changes and improvements are available in the patch notes, for a high level overview head over to EVE Updates.
To report issues, please use the thread 118.10 - Issues (PC). For Mac users, there is, as always, a thread on the 118.10 - Mac forums for discussion of this expansion.

Can you point me towards your bug report for the "blueprint-bug"? I'm not sure what issue you are referring to.
Thanks!

I miss the degree of contempt she would occasionally put out, sure, but I can understand the need to redo the voices for the new tutorial. This "need to be in range," however, has already become annoying and I've been dealing with it for all of 15 minutes. "Aura" wrote:You you you you need you need you you you need to you nee you you need to be you you need you you you you need to be in range to execute this function. CCP, please, give us a way to turn off this particular voice sample. This is seriously annoying already.
Breaking Fast wrote:The whole "You need to be in range to execute this function" voice is annoying as F$%^. I normally multi click on wrecks/cans/gates to approach them, having Aura tell me 4 or 5 times (depending how excited i get on clicking) is kind of not needed, its almost becoming EvE for dummies
Thanks for the feedback, we will take this into consideration and discuss the matter. For now, please be aware that you can turn off aura voice in the ESC menu, Audio Tab, Advanced Audio Settings.

Thanks as always for the feedback everyone, just going to reply to a couple of things that I can comment on.
Altrue wrote:Third, using the notification system for advertising Cash Shop related informations is highly annoying and a very bad signal to send to the community. Not only does it represent pure and simple advertisement -which nobody wants-, but it will diminish the impact and usefulness of the notification system as a whole, as more and more people will simply turn it off. This isn't a feature that Five 0 is working on so I don't want to comment on intention, but just for in case you didn't know you can customise which notifications you'd like to see. Useful if you don't care about Sovereignty notifications or what not
Zoey Lawson wrote:"Increased the drop rates of the Elite Drone AI and Drone Coronary Unit rogue drone components."
I would love to know, what exactly CCP changed. I-Šve looted several Sentient as well as Elite Drones. Still quiet the same amount of drone parts and, most importantly, just one single Elite Drone AI.
How are the odds off getting more than one Elite Drone AI? How excactly where the drop rates changed?
As a rule we don't discuss the exact percentages of loot drops. Rest assured, they have increased and we'll be reviewing the supply of these items and adjusting as necessary.
Rivr Luzade wrote:One thing regarding Citadel in-space sensor brackets: Inaccessible citadels should not lose their blue sensor overlay brackets. Scanned signatures and anomalies or landmarks do not either, therefore Citadels should also keep their blue bracket if they are not accessible. It is utterly annoying having to open the info window on every single citadel in Perimeter on the Jita gate or planet V, for instance, to see whether they are accessible or not. It is also completely illogical why you should have more information for a Citadel from several AU away than when you are directly on grid.
And another thing with inaccessible citadels (I count every new structure under this category): The radial menu does not allow to click on the Open Info window button when they are inaccessible and you are off grid (ie. see the blue overlay bracket). However, if you are on-grid with them, the radial menu does allow to click on the Open Info Window button.
These are 2 very irritating, unnecessary inconsistencies. I agree that some of this isn't very consistent, I'll run it past the team and see if there's space for improvement.
Thanks again all!

Sati Ka'Yono wrote:How about fixing the bug that most meta Items are now Meta 1.. some dev must have realy had a bad Copy Paste day when doin this :D. I would say.. he is banned from the coffee Mashine for 1 week or until he fixed it *g* This is actually intentional for all modules that have gone through the tiericide process. This is because named modules (Those between Tech I & II, not faction or storyline modules) no longer have a progression from worst to best, but instead all provide their own unique benefits. Some examples to explain what I mean by this:
- Compact - Used for named modules that specialize in reduced fitting cost
- Scoped - Used for named modules that specialize in longer range
- Ample - Used for named modules that specialize in extra capacity
Once this process is finally completed, we hope to be able to adjust the meta conventions to make this clearer (Tech II modules could be meta 2 for example)
I hope that clears up your concerns!

Ni Neith wrote:After reshipping in the citadel I have a "session change" and can't initiate undock for 3 to 5 seconds. Is it just me? Is it a bug? Or is it another 'improvement' to annoy me out of the game? From the patch notes
"After several unfortunate accidents, the docking and undocking procedures have been tightened to ease the life for 'Scotty' the docking manager and his clones. Session change timers are enforced more diligently at docking and undocking from stations and structures. "

There were some bugs relating to quickly switching ships and undocking. Session change timers for docking and undocking are now correctly enforced. This is what you are experiencing.

This is what you are experiencing. What's the reasoning behind the long session change? Was there a performance issue from what we had before that prompted a change?
The bug was that a ship was ejected from the structure without a pilot, if you managed to change your ship at nearly the same time as pressing the undock button. The session change timer exists to prevent exactly such problems. We are trying to keep session change timers down where possible and maybe even remove them for more cases - but in some cases they are important to prevent bugs. It is for example still possible to switch between ships rapidly - but if you are switching ships, then you need to wait a moment, before you can undock. We will probably try to hide this session change timer in the duration of the undock process, as it is currently happening for stations - so you undock automatically as soon as the timer is over if you pressed the button too early.

While not related to the 118.10 release, it is still important feedback.
The in-game notification system is highly customizable, it is very easy to turn off notifications for "Out of Game News". If you turn off the "Out of Game News" notifications, you still can receive notifications about in-game events, sever event and dev news.
You can even choose if you want to see a notification popup, or if you only want to see an entry in the notification history without a popup.
We believe that this strikes a good balance between informing interested players (not everyone wants to spend time browsing websites, but still appreciates being informed in a casual, easy-to-dismiss way) and letting everyone decide for their own what they want to get informed about.
