me too.. and any updater or repair tool i can find in the EVE folder will not launch
Here is mine launcher certificate error:
http://imgur.com/a/nD4Io
and when I went to the creatives.extccp.com/img [first time, this is all I typed in] site, it was something to do with 'gamesrevenue.com'... then I added all of the gibberish after - basically the 2nd row of that image and nothing happened - but now if I go back to the first url I typed in, it is a 403 Forbidden page.

I had to change my DNS servers (I was using Google DNS) and flush my DNS cache to get past this problem. Maybe there is or was a bad server and its IP address is still cached for some of us.

Windows 10
1) While on the desktop, press Windows Key + X. 2) Select Command Prompt (Run as Administrator). 3) Type ipconfig /release in the command prompt. 4) Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been released. 5) Type ipconfig /renew in the command prompt. 6) Wait a few seconds for a reply that the IP address has been re-established. 7) Type ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt. 8) Close the command prompt and attempt to make a connection.
Run as Administrator keeps the command prompt open.
I still get the error but the launcher stays open after I hit "ignore".

If you're still encountering this issue, try flushing your DNS by typing the following in Command Prompt: ipconfig /flushdns
Then restart your browser. If it persists, please file a bug report and include an nslookup for the domain that's causing the error. Appears to be resolved.

Same here. However Hitting "cancel" on the error allowed the launcher to finish loading and the client seems to work normally. |
