Hi guys,
If anybody is experiencing regular crashes and can reproduce them often. Please do send in a bug report with as many details as possible. If this is an EVE client issue then we can investigate what might be triggering the crash. But if its a driver issue, then its something we can approach Nvidia or AMD with. At that point we'll work with them to fix the issue.
So please do get in touch. A bug report filed from within the client is preferable as we are able to get a snap shot of your system and can then begin trying to repro in house. For now, my advice would be to check your hardware and to ensure that its clear of dust. Overheating can be a major issue on some older cards. If your drivers are out of date then get them up to the latest non-beta version. If the client is still crashing at this point, then send us a bug report and we'll get the ball rolling.

I believe only the log for the current session is sent with an in-game bug report. What you can do is
1) Follow the procedure described here to run the LogLite logging tool, capture your logs across a crash, and save them to a file.
2) Then, if you can launch the game and submit a bug report in-game, please do so.
(If you absolutely cannot file a bug report in-game, you can use our bug reporting web page, but please note that doing that does not automatically attach other useful info such as your settings and window configuration, which might matter in a crash.)
3) Finally you can look up your bug report on the My Bug Reports page which will allow you to edit the bug report and add a new attached file. You should attach the log you saved. You'll have to hit the "edit" link which is somewhat small, but it should be just about the only clickable thing. Once you choose that, you can edit your entire bug report and add new attachments.
By submitting in-game, we get the package of information that CCP Saviour describes, and adding the log you captured directly ensures that we get the correct log for the crashed session.
We also do get other telemetry on crashes and your in-game bug report will automatically point us at your most recent crash telemetry too, so even though it might sound a bit cumbersome, this is the very best procedure to follow for getting us all the information that might be useful.
