The destruction of the citadel will not kill you. The attacking fleet might.
I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

It works as per this devblog:
https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/i-feel-safe-in-citadel-city/
That leaves us with player docked inside the structure when it was lost:
The player is podded with all normal rules applying for such a case (implants are lost) and moved to his or her medical station. If the medical clone was set to the structure that just blew up, it will be moved to a medical NPC station. |

The ship you're in actually makes it out safely, but yeah, the pod and implants are toast. |

Any stored jump clones are lost, and all your assets go to asset safety, but you and your current ship are ejected into space.

CCP Logic at its finest? So if you're docked up in say an archon and the citadel goes boom you get magically podded somehow while your archon goes to a lowsec station?
Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

Apparently they changed their minds, so you and your Archon will log back into space. Could be a hairy moment :) All other jump clones are still toast.
Has anyone been in a citadel when it pops? Do you just appear in your ship where the citadel was, do you appear elsewhere in system, do you ewarp while invulnerable. What about if you're offline at the time?
I'm not setting this up on sisi. |
